RE: George W. Jacobs #155613667
We were told that the info. for George came from the pension application filed by his widow, Mary, for his service during the Mexican-American War (we don't have a copy of that document, but have confidence in the source.)

RE: BandyBurnett Cemetery
Thank you. I have no doubt that your family members are there. Your memorials actually pre-date the other cemetery listing by over a decade, so they are the duplicator. There are five contributors between the two, so I asked Findagrave to merge the two under Bandy-Burnett Cemetery. That lot is actually for sale, which is why I was there. The cemetery is clean and in good condition (not under water!) with a number of headstones that are difficult to read. I didn't have time to really look at them. Hope you have those family stories written down. I remember when as a kid getting calls from an aunt who talked endlessly about the Wolcott family. I listened patiently, but with little interest. Wish I could talk to her now! Thanks for your response. Bruce Wolcott.

Burnett Cemetery
Bandy Burial Plot has a "Henry Poulick" listed, born Aug 1821, not one of your Pollicks. It appears "Poulick" is misspelled.

Burnett Cemetery

This cemetery in Holiday Island, Arkansas with four of your memorials is a duplicate of "Bandy Burial Plot" created in 2001 (with 8 memorials). Both have cemetery photos, so they are clearly one and the same. I was just there and did not see any of your four headstones. However, I found four other headstones, including a Civil War soldier who died in 1864. Are you sure your four memorials for Burnett Cemetery are actually from that cemetery?

RE: Mary Wilanna Cunningham Goodson
Hi Nancy! I do not know the Goodson or Cunningham families. Originally I only had Mary Goodson. A Find a Grave contributor and person who claimed to be family provided the additional information. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help.

Emma Rauworth
Thank you, Nancy, for making these additions. Emma and John's daughter, Margaret A "Maggie", married my great uncle Joseph G. Creamer..whom I called "Uncle Joe". I remember him well (he was my grandmother's brother). In recent years, with the help of, I have met three of his now adult grandchildren. I am happy to "meet" you, too.

Jonesses of Wilton, Will, Illinois
I'm trying to decode my paternal ancestry and I noticed you knew a bit about some of the Joneses buried in Wilton Central cemetery. My great uncle "Emmett C. Jones" being a Jones buried ther. I was wondering if you had any insights into which and if any familial leanings exists. If you would be so kind I would greatly appreciate it.
