Youngest daughter of Kenneth Matthew Chance and the late Jean Marie (Wire) Chance.
Paternal grandparents were Mary Elizabeth (Hawkins) Fisher and Charles Jackson Chance. Maternal grandparents were Marrion Albert Wire and Wanda Marie (Roe) Wire.
I grew up in Stillwater, OK and graduated from the Stillwater High School with the class of 1991. I have remained here in Stillwater to raise my family and I am the mother Kelsi and Brandon Bollinger.
