I am researching my family lines which are FLAHERTY, KEYS, ZIMMERMAN, PETERSON, BOOTH(E), PATTON, THAYER, MCLEASE, RILEY, JONES, HAYES. |
The only UNKNOWN burials I have listed are family. I am always looking for their final resting place. When I find one, I add it to the appropriate memorial.
If you find errors in one of my memorials, please use the edit button on the memorial to send me corrections.
As per FAG Guidelines, I do not add living person(s) names nor do I copy complete obituaries and add them to memorials.
I know everyone means well, but please DO NOT email me a copied complete obituary and ask me to add it to the bio. Because I won't. I only add info such as: preceded in death, survived by (number of persons, NO names), military service, service/burial information and any other information that I feel would be of interest.
Also I will not tolerate threats, harassment or bullying. I will report immediately any contributor harassing me to FAG Administration. So my advice is, Don't Go There!!!

It is my belief that my grandparents may be buried in the Atwood Cemetery at Calvin. They both died in Feb. of 1907. My mother related to my that Martin Curtis
Elliott had to swim across the river to get to part of his land(rented at that time), so it would make sense that they would be buried near the river. Are you familiar with this cemetery? Their property was sold after their deaths, but none of the proceeds was used to purchase a tombstone/tombstones. Hence, the uncertainty as to their burial location which would be unmarked graves. Have you done any history on the Neighbors line. It shows that your mom is my 2nd cousin 1x removed. My great grandmother was Menoma Jane Neighbors who married John Wilder Neighbors, who was the brother of Shadrick Neighbors. Just wondering thank you. Trying to find my great grandfather's cemetery.

Hi! Turner H. Flaherty married my cousin, Celia Curtis. She was his first wife. I was wondering if I might use some of your wonderful photos for my records. I am not selling a publication - these are strictly for family - and I will give you credit. Thanks for the consideration.
