Reynolds family
Since your last name is Reynolds and Charles Franklin was my grandfather's brother, Marion Walter, I assume we are related. I do genealogy research off and on. I wonder if you have any information on Catherine Elvira Brown Reynolds, the mother of Charles and Walter.

Hazen Carter family photo 1876

Bill,
My wife is related to Hazen Carter through his daughter Mary Etta.
The photo you have posted of Hazen and family 1876 confuses me, that is unless his second son Sherman is dressed as a girl. The 1880 census shows Hazen, Elizabeth, Sterling 15, Lucy 13, Sherman 11 and Henry 4. One census indicates Hazen and Elizabeth had 8 children with 7 surviving. Help?
Do you have any other Carter photos you'd be willing to share?
Thanks,
Bill Shaffer

James Polk Morrow
There is a discrepancy in the birth date for James Polk Morrow. The stone has his DOB as May 11,1846.
