Shirley, I suppose everyone with your surname wants to make a connection so I'll get in the que. My grandfather was Peter Warren, married Sarah Eoff. Is that your relative, too? My grandmother was Sarah Rogers Warren and I never got to meet her. My mother was Flossie Warren Reed.Linda
I have attempted to contact you by email and apparently your contact address is not current. I have a friend who is connected to the Holmes and the Thomasons and they need to be connected which only you can do as you have registered them.
Could you contact me at the following: firstname.lastname@example.org or 913-515-4157. My Find a Grave number: 47719143
Thank you for a prompt reply.

I am from the Dodson line. Flossie/Flaucie's grandparents Samuel Dodson and Sara Jane Earles were both siblings to my 3xggp's Jesse Dodson and Mary Caroline Earles. I have a lady as a match on Ancestry who is the granddaughter to Boyd R. Eoff. Karen Kinnard, Tennessee

Shirley, I was wondering if you have any information on Mary E. Dowis Eoff's father, Tyre G. Dowis. I know he was born in 1816 in either South Carolina or Georgia. 1860 Census Records, Canton, Smith County, Texas, show the family living there. T.G. Dowis, wife Martha Dowis and children Green, John, Maving, Martha, MARY, Andrew and Isaac. Apparently, he died before 1880 because Martha C. Dowis was widowed and living with son, Maving A. Dowis and his wife, Susan Dowis. Also, another son, Isaac Mitchell Dowis lived there also. I am not related to this family; I have just been researching at Coryell Baptist Church Cemetery, Coryell County, Texas where Martha C. Dowis and son, Maving Arthur Dowis and wife, Susan, are buried. I just had a thought; I'm wondering if Tyre G. Dowis went to fight in the Civil War and didn't return. Also wonder about their son's Green Dowis and John Dowis. Green was 19 in 1860 and John was 16. Any information you might have would be appreciated.

Shirley - you created two memorials for the same wife of William Henry Eoff. He is listed with two wives linked to him with same exact dates.

Lila was a sister to my great grandfather Harlow Gillings from Lum. I would like to find out more info on the family. Could you get in touch with me? My e-mail is email@example.com or my phone is 989 756-3981. Thank you very much. Gary L. Gillings.

This grave is at the Moro Cemetery, not the Rose Cemetery. I would appreciate if you would change the location. Thank you.

|Candi||Nicholas Smith Eoff|
Nicholas was my great grandfather. My great grandmother was Stella Maude Whitney. My grandmother was Mildred Louella Eoff Spalding... My mother was Phyllis Marie Spalding Geschwint. My name is Candice Lorene Geschwint Bartleson. In the 1930 census, Stella lists herself as a widow, when I see that Nicholas didn't die until 1964 I think. Do you know why there is a discrepancy? I wish I had asked my grandmother when she was alive, but it seems that I am the matriarch of the family now. We must be cousins.
