Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am married and have 6 children who have given me 23 beautiful, intelligent, and delightful grandchildren. I am finding myself as I search for my ancestors. Father's family from Kentucky, Virginia, and Tennessee- Mother's family from England, Idaho and Utah. Cemeteries have become my new playground. Now my dad can visit his parents graves anytime he wants to.

Thank you so much. Is your father from Muhlenberg County?

I want to thank you for all the grave sites, etc., that I have been able to find for the Latham family. In Kentucky, so far away from where I live, there is no way that I could have done all that you have. You just don't know how much the work you have done has helped not only myself, but other family members who don't have the time to go and look, but can now take from my site and put on theirs. I don't work, but many family members do, so you and I together have saved them a lot of time.

Again, thank you for all the hard work you have done.

RE: Charles E Baker

You have already accepted the link request, and it has been processed. You can view this through the memorial of Charles E. Baker, memorial #52499541.

As for his place of birth, I think the location is probably Greenville, but the handwriting on the death certificate is so odd it is hard to tell. However, the Kentucky Birth Index has "John" Baker born May 14, 1914, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky; Mother's Maiden name: "Lizzie Lostettes".

Even with all of the discrepancies, the same date of birth seems valid to indicate that "John" born on May 14, 1914 is either a twin of Charles E. Baker or that John and Charles are one in the same.

Thank you for contacting me. You have done a great job documenting the burials in Green's Chapel Cemetery. I hope this information is helpful.

Happy New Year blessings to you and your family,
D. L.

I went to the Ellis Grove sexton and she said they were not buried here but at (by the pond):

Valhalla Gardens of Memory and Mausoleum
St. Clair County

I am sorry, but Belleville was a far drive from us and we were only there to move my mom. I hope someone can find for you,
Love, jase
