Nancy Goble #45853814
I was reading with great interest the data provided about Nancy's children on her memorial page. The data of her son, "J.P." instantly grabbed my attention. At the local cemetery here in Kingston, IL we have a burial for Johnathan Pollard Goble b. 1804 d. 1858 and his wife, Mary (Judd) Goble b. 1817 d. 1853. Biographical notes indicate that they were married in 1835 and that they moved to DeKalb Co., IL from Parke Co., IN in 1852. An obituary for one of their daughters, Nancy (Goble) Moyers (d. 1908) indicates that they had 10 children, 6 sons & 4 daughters. There are several members of the Judd family buried here also who came from Indiana as well. Jonathan's memorial is # 75688018. I just thought it a friendly gesture to bring this to your attention.

RE: Obituaries
I would greatly appreciate that because I just have too many memorials to maintain, but I want them maintained by someone that will take care of them and I know you will.

RE: Obituaries
I send just some transfers to you because I think they should stay with family. If I have any memorials that you are interested in please let me know. I have so many and need to get to transferring them out. I think they are complete with obits and links. Hopefully you can add pictures of the people to them.

RE: Thank you for Carpenter obits!
You are so very welcome; I'm also adding obits to my memorials in Ida Cemetery. I know many people will appreciate them not only now but also in the future. Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

RE: Thank You for the Carpenter Obits
If I get time later this evening I will probably send some more but it might have to wait until tomorrow. So much to do, so little time!!!

RE: Thank You!
Tomorrow I will be typing some more for you but I'm shutting down for the night.

You are so very welcome; it's wonderful having someone appreciate having the obits because to me they are priceless.

RE: Obituaries
Thank you very much; I consider this a labor of love of history. I just wish I could remember who I was going to type an obit up for you because I typed 50+ obits yesterday in 3 different cemeteries. Do you have a hint? lol

RE: Obituaries
It has been a long time and I'm still working on putting obits on all of my memorials and those that are linked to them. At this rate I'm going to have to live to be 200+ years old. :) You would be surprised how many people won't put them on memorials even when everyone of the people mentioned are deceased and even linked to them.

Obituaries
Will you add obits to your memorials if I type them up?
