Bio and Links
Bio Photo Oct. 2016: John passed away Oct. 2015 & he was the other half of me & our gravewalking team. He loved the hobby of cleaning the stones, clipping around them, whatever it took for me to get a good picture, then downloading the pics here. He loved hearing from folks who were grateful to find the pics. I have not been in a cemetery to take pictures again & I may never feel like doing so on my own. But I will keep those that we have entered up to date & process any Edits that I get. John would want that.

PLEASE use the "Edit" button for making any kind of requests regarding our memorials, and NOT the message board, even when asking for a transfer. Much, much quicker from my end to answer that way.

Any of our photos can be used by anyone for genealogical purposes. Please add: "Photo by Find A Grave Contributor Diane & John (#46842343)"

Sorry to hear about the loss of 1/2 the duo who have done a great job reaching out to make families to make more aware of where their loved ones are buried. With this ultimately families can have either a virtual or in person visits especially in days like this.

I remember that you both came through Southern New Mexico in the early years of Findagrave.

Be all the best

Hello there
I am sorry to hear of your loss. You have both done great things with these records. I am researching my grandmother's brother and two sisters who emigrated to Bisbee in the early 1900s. After a frustrating search it was a joy to find, not only a record of Thomas, but a photo of his gravestone. Thank you so much. It means a lot to us.

Marie Hansen
Good Morning Diane,

Thank you for the transfer of Marie Hansen. Carl has been transferred to me also so that I may gather the family together in their memorials.

Thank you too for your nice note to me. I know that you will have good days and bad days but that is okay. This adjustment does not happen overnight.

I will be thinking of you.

I have seen so many memorials you have put on this site so decided to see who you were. I was so sorry to read that John had died. I have started taking pictures with my friend. I was very impressed at how well your pictures looked. I just take mine with my phone camera and they are not as nice as yours are but at least I am trying! I am sorry that you are not taking any more pictures but thank you so much for all you have done.

Diane, I don't think the memorial page will continue since he is no longer buried there. I asked that his memorial page be deleted in Arizona. I copied your picture to put in our family history. If its not deleted, it might be confusing for people on find a grave. Thanks Sue Sylvester

Diane I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your husband. I was so surprised to see my father's niche picture. We decided dad was too far away and we vacated the niche in Green Valley and brought his ashes to Minnesota. I had no picture of his first resting place. I hope it's okay, I copied your picture to put in our family history. Thank you so much, this means a lot to us. Susan Garske Sylvester

All of the Wooten's in this cemetery are related to me, but, I can't seem to find this individual in my tree. Would you have any other information on this individual? Is he tied to Jessie or James Edward?
