If you want to use my pictures in your family research files or whatever it is fine with me.

I am a direct descendant of the Richard Haines who left England aboard the ship "Amity" in 1682. He died on the ship and his wife and kids settled in NJ. Richard was my 6th Great Grandfather. There are a lot of Haines in the US from this Richard. Nathan Haines of OH was my Gr Grandfather. Ebenezer Haines who married Rebecca Berry was his father. Nathan Haines married Sarah Iiams in Grant Co., IN. I have also done a lot of research on the Iiams name. My Grandfather E. Morton Haines was born in Grant Co., IN in 1865 and moved to OR in 1892 where he lived out his life. I have a lot of family connections to Grant Co., IN.

RE: Lincoln Memorial Park photo
No wonder I got such a quick response. Glad you had it in your "archives". My grandchildren are always telling me that my camera is glued to my hip. Whenever I go to a cemetery, I always take lots of photos, just like you.
Thanks again. Have a great day.

Lincoln Memorial Park photo
Good morning Nathan:
Thank you so much for locating and taking the photo of Thomas Mattingly for me. I'm working on locating his mother in Maryland. When I do, I'll send through updates for his memorial. The photo turned out really good.

RE: Earl Longmire
Oh my goodness...what a difference! Of course I prefer the 'after' photo! You put a lot of time and effort into cleaning up Earl's headstone! I appreciate this more than I can say!
Thank you very much!

RE: Louisa McKinzie
Thrilled to get your response. Yes, I did read about the Oliver's gun fight. Great Story. Also later noticed the two Bell sisters married the two McKinzie brothers.

You will find Simon and Harriet's marriage record now on ancestry.com under Spokane County marriages, but that's part of the problem, the Masmore or what ever. If you look at the physical image, only somebody that knew what they were looking for would be able to tell the record actually said Dittamore not Massamore, ha, ha. Even Simon is transcribed as S.N. instead of S.H. Now I just have to convince all those public and private trees on ancestry that his wife's name was not Hallie, nor Masmore. It just kills me that my Harriet is falling through the genealogy cracks with nobody really finding her correct name or adding her correct information in genealogy sites. Sadly, I have to keep my tree private as well, so at least I can put it on Find A Grave. Did you see the links? Would love to make that same trip you mentioned, although did check out Walla Walla once again a couple years ago coming back from a vacation just to see where Harriet's nieces all attended Whitman College there. I am Hattie's sister Wealtha Jane (Dittamore), Young's great granddaughter of whom I have also linked to Hattie on find a grave. Thanks again for becoming obsessed over the Bell lines, I too know how addictive the hunt is. PC
