Sarah Jane Mooney grave marker photo
Hi Bennie,

First, thank you for your years of service as a police officer. So glad you're retired now and healthy enough to do what you enjoy...genealogy & Find A Grave. Thanks, too, for all that you do on F-A-G!

I'm researching a McLeod family and was looking at Ella Jane Smith McLeod #84365527 born 7/17/1875 & died 4/5/1954. She's buried in Hame Branch Cemetery, Paxville, Clarendon Co., S. C.

There is a second grave marker photo on Ella Jane Smith McLeod's memorial #84365527 posted by you on 3/13/2009...but it is not for Ella Jane Smith McLeod.

The grave marker photo you posted 3/13/2009 is for Sarah Jane Mooney born 1/7/1865 & died 7/15/1949 & F-A-G memorial #28132556.

I'm advising you so that you can remove Sarah Jane Mooney's grave marker photo and post it to her memorial #28132556 where she is buried in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Tiller Crossroads, Chambers Co., AL.

Isn't it nice to know you're like the rest of us...a human being who occasionally makes a mistake! Easy to understand as both women have the same middle name Jane! Just pure luck that I ran across it.

Continued good health to you so you can keep on doing what you enjoy! If you need to contact me, just use the "suggest any correction" edit tab and use my 1st memorial.

Best wishes,

Mary (Contributor #47792069)

Thanks for taking and posting the pictures of Franklin E. Haygood's and Laura Frances Smith Haygood's markers in the Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett, Alabama. I know those things aee not always easy. (To say the least!)
