RE: Thomas B Estes
I agree this posting is not the same person as the person that was born in Texas and grew up in Texas.

The Thomas B Estes that flew the SR 71 is my cousin. His name was Thomas Bruce Estes from Eubank, KY and his parents are Charles and Mary Christina Allen Estes. He was a U.S. Air Force Colonel.

Hi again, I found this small note at
SR-71 Alma Mater,
Recollections from the Past
Guest Book Entries for 2010.

September 8, 2010 5:36 Rich Graham Writes: Colonel Thomas B. Estes, SR-71 pilot has passed away. Tom passed away Monday, September 6th, Labor Day. There will not be a burial or memorial service per Tom's request. He was in a San Francisco hospital for some time prior to his passing. Jo's address is 859 Jones Road #30, Yuba City, California 95993. Her phone number is 530-674-2337. (Email address Any contributions should go to your favorite charity. Calls and cards will be much appreciated.

RE: Memorial #16884267
Thank you for your quick response and detailed explanation as to what happened to Memorial Site #178777833 that I had created for my sister.

Please see if they can reinstate my Memorial Number and delete #16884267.

My reason being, I have already sent out printed Memorial Site information to ALL my family members and now the number is wrong!!!!!

If Find a Grave cannot reinstate my site number with "ALL" the information and pictures that are showing on #16884267, then, as a last resort, please transfer Memorial Site # 16884267 so I can add all the information that was lost in the merging of the two the sites.

I appreciate the time and effort you have put into this unfortunate problem.

You are a kind soul....God Bless you.

Memorial #16884267
What have you have made a mistake!!!
I asked you to please remove Memorial #16884267 because I had created Memorial #178777833 for my sister. Instead of deleting your Memorial site you deleted mine!!!!!!!!!!!! All the information that I had put on mine is gone. I am so upset. Please respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my site reinstated.

Request that you delete Memorial Site #16884267
I would greatly appreciate it if this Memorial Site was deleted. I am the sister of Sharon M Curtis and I created a Memorial Site for her, which is # 178777833. This site creates confusion for me and my family members. We would rather have just one site in her memory. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. Darlene Slaby

RE: Bettye Heinrich
Thank you for your kind words. I am Bettye's daughter, Lari. I am new to genealogy, but trying to learn so we can make some sense out of all the research she has/was doing. She had an entire room filled with books, stacks of paperwork, files in individual drawers by surname and computers. She has been gone for a year and we have not even made a small dent. We don't want to throw any of it away if it will help someone with their research. She was such a stickler for being accurate and put so many hours each day in to doing research.

If you would like to add me as a friend, that would be fine. You never know what we may come across trying to sort every thing out.
