We had a successful disinterment and reinterment of Jacob Youtcy in Kelvin/Kearny, Arizona. Over 300 people attended the funeral. Horses, caisson, Civil War re-enactors, Catholic priest in period vestments, the train honked as it went past the cemetery and two military planes flew over the parade and waggled their wings at Jacob as we went through town. Over 100 of his descendants and their families attended as well. God gave us a fantastically humbling day.

A Standers Affirmation

I made mistakes. Horrible ones. And poor choices. And was selfish and arrogant and lazy at times. I thought I was giving everything to my wife and marriage and children, but now I see so many places I could have done better, done more, made better choices, used kinder words.

I am still in love with my wife. I said "for better or for worse" and meant it. I said "in good times and in bad" and meant it. And I said "until death do us part" and I meant it. I still mean those things.

I will not speak angry words to my wife or about my wife. I will not use the children as pawns. I will not return slights with slights. I will speak love and goodness to her, about her.

So I am "standing" for our marriage. What that really means is I'm kneeling in prayer for our marriage. I will trust in God's faithfulness and His ability to do ANYTHING, including change hearts and reroute divorce. I was wrong in so many ways. Please forgive me, Barbara. I love you.

Your Bobkos Are Incorrect
Please fix your Bobkos. Two brothers (Johann Alexius and Oleksa) both married women named Mary. Mary Yagello married Oleksa. Both brothers had sons named John born less than a year apart.

I'm sure the similarities are what caused the confusion. But the longer this is out there the more people will incorrectly copy and document.

Thank you.

Another request
Hi Again,
I am writing to ask if you would consider transferring the memorial for Mary Jordan Carr, wife of Joseph, to my care, also? As with my previous request, I promise that I will respectfully care for their memorials and memory.

Hope to hear from you.

Thanks again.

Request
HI,

I'm writing to ask if you would be kind enough to consider transferring the memorial # 83351122 to my care? I am a direct descendent of the Carr family (many generations removed, of course!). I will promise to care for the ancestors in my care and have made arrangements for this to be passed to the next generation when I'm gone.

I appreciate all your hard work and care.

Wishing you the best.

Thanks much.

Thomas hutzler Memorial# 36773824
Hello,
I noticed you posted a group photo of the Hutzler Family plot in St. Joseph's. That photo contains 3/4 of Catherine Hutzler Whitney (1876 - 1907) stone and I was wondering if you have a picture with the full stone. Fyi the link to Catherine's memorial listed her in Grandview. I have notified the owner.

Twin Daughters Knox #82394977
There are a few 'mysteries' with these twin baby girls. There are pages made for them by you at both Free Church and Riverside Cem.s, you'll see I've submitted 'partial' edits on their dates, just to try and start sorting this out.The main complication is likely an error on the stones,#81555859.Photo clearly shows parents Arch. and Julia. That corresponds with all family info[censuses,Dad's obit, records] What is likely wrong is the year,1848. On the pages you made at Riverside, the dates are 'correct' except that the one girl died a day after birth. The Free Church pages show Abigail Rushmore[his first wife]linked as their mother, she died Sep 1848,so it seems to make sense, but I'm pretty sure they aren't hers, as all info indicates. I can send you the link to this family GEDCOM if you wish.Hard to imagine how such a mistake could be made by the stone engraver.Any ideas on'fixing' this?

Wonders, William & Maud
Daryl & Barbara:

On the memorial you created for subject ancestors, you have annotated Maud, #57807905 as the child. Maud is Williams's spouse.

There is a child named Vera but I will contact the creators of Vera and then, once that is linked, you will see Vera as a child on William & Maud's memorials.

We all make mistakes and thought you may want to correct this! Hope I didn't confuse you!
