Hello, My name is Chad and I live in Berryville Arkansas in Carroll County and if anyone needs a photo from one of the many cemeteries here in the county I would be willing to do so. If you have a plot or lot number or grave number these are helpful.|

Thank you for checking his grave at Berryville Memorial Cemetery, it's a shame there is no marker, but at least family will know his resting place.

|Bryan Baker||John Jones at Hale|
I happened to be passing Hale yesterday and did a pretty good walk through, albeit quick, but saw no headstone for a John Jones. I didn't mess with your request and left it up for for someone else to search for, or for a more thorough search on my part next time I'm out that way again. Sorry I couldn't find it. -Bryan
|MaryAnn Pownall||RE: letter I wrote to Mr. Mike Todd about IOOF|
Thank you, Mr. Chad Changus, I appreciate your message in reply to Mr. Todd's response to the defacing of the many headstones (we counted approximately 30 headstones that Mr. Todd defaced) with the different colored chalk.
Although Mr. Todd does deny damaging the headstone broken into three pieces,he is taking no responsibility for it.
Our Groundskeeper is quite certain that the headstone was intact when she left work since it is located on one of the major roads which she frequently checks. When she returned to work, she found headstones chalked up and the one headstone left in pieces.
Our Groundskeeper was horrified, as a burial was scheduled that very day that she needed to prepare for, but was now faced with trying to clean up the mess Mr. Todd created.
Since Mr. Todd apparently did not believe me about how much chalk does in fact do permanent damage to headstones, I was especially grateful that you pointed out that it does indeed do damage.
I was also grateful that you pointed out the rules and regulations that Find A Grave has implanted to protect things like this from happening, and your stand in holding Mr. Todd accountable for his actions.
At this point, our Commission will be posting a list of all the defaced headstones on our website on Facebook (just type in Eureka Springs Cemetery), and you will find it and I will approve you joining our members on that site.
You will see, Mr.Changus,the response regarding Mr.Todd's actions.
I will be posting a list of names of the defaced headstones caused by Mr. Todd to give the families a chance to prosecute Mr. Todd if they desire to do so. I was told by a Detective at our local police department that the our Commission could not file charges against Mr. Todd, but that the families of the defaced headstones could press charges against Mr. Todd, since it was essentially their property that Mr. Todd did the damage to. The Commission did due diligence in filing a police report regarding the damages done by Mr. Todd.
Thank you for your input, and I appreciate you more that words can say, and for what you plan to do on your end to assist us from this not ever happening again.
