I enjoy finding the obscure and documenting for all to see and find. I look for graves that have no flowers, have military service noted and children that don't have a history. I find 99.9% of these are not memorialized so I make sure they are remembered for all to find in their search for ancestors.

If you wish to use my photos you just need to acknowledge where you obtained the photos and from whom. Do not take credit for work you have not done or photos you have not taken.

She was my Gr. Uncle's wife, he was her first husband( Orville Wright Young 1899/8 -1950, Savage Cemetery, Savage, Howard Co., Maryland.
It looks as if he is alone, he is not. He is in the middle at top of the old section but his parents, brothers and sister are over to the edge as you drive up the road to your right near the trees
Both John Randolph Young and Gilbert M. Young use to have flags placed on them Memorial Day. Henry Reiman served in WWI, he was nephew in-law to Orville W. Young.
All the Youngs are related and also related to Mussette M.nee: Young Bounds, Beatrice L. nee:Bounds Reiman.

I can never thank you enough for posting the memorial pics and location for my childhood friend William Iagnemmo. I finally know where the grave is so now I can finally visit. Bless you Linda.

RE: Schmidt
The deceased brother is Ronald F. Schmidt, but he died in Florida (2004) so he may be buried there.

The other brother (status unknown) if Frederick Robert Schmidt.

Thanks for your help!

Thank you for the photos for Billy and Ginny Schmidt. I appreciate it very much. Did you happen to notice if any other Schmidt family members were buried nearby? At least one of his brothers has also passed away, but I'm not sure where he is buried.

Thanks for the photo of Mary's marker. Still looks like things were pretty damp out there today. Would appreciate a clearer photo sometime later on if/when you visit again when it's really cleared up.

Thanks for your second effort when the puddles dry out. All these folks are my mother's aunt's and uncle's. Quite a number of them moved from West Virginia to the Baltimore area to find work back in the 20's and 30's.

RE: Savage aka Grace cemeteries
Hi there! You can request a merger of two cemeteries in the Community Forums section. They have a forum dedicated to that. Hope that helps!
