Look at the 1870 Census for Worth Co. There you will find his family (father is Sinnacherib aka SCB Williams) and his older sister's family (the Mannings). Elzy (later LZ) is listed as well as his mother Elizabeth. I have a whole history on this family beginning in Indiana, then Iowa, then Missouri. The father was into Greek mythology and named one of his sons Aristotle Lycurgus Isaiah Sesostris Thales Euclides Socrates (ALISTES for short.) Many of these names (SCB, Alistes, Elzy) appear in the following generations (for example, SCB Manning). The census takers often spelled them wrong, as you can imagine. It was a very unconventional and prolific family. Many of the Mannings are buried in Prairie Chapel along with LZ's family. I found the grave of Mother Elizabeth and her 8 children who survived her. I have not been able to find the grave of SCB Williams or the graves of their 3 children who died prior to 1895 (Enoch, Emma, and Arthur). I do know that Enoch died in Albany in 1891. If you discover any of these graves, please let me know.

I wanted to thank you /immensely/ for your hard work in photo uploads. Your contribution to the McMullen family enabled me to find the final resting place of Aulden (#18583213) and Mannilla McMullen, my 2nd-great-grandma Flo McMullen's siblings who died in infancy. I only knew they had been born and died in Mount Ayr and only had a birth year for Mannilla. Now I can tie Mannilla to her parents. I'm so glad to see she's with a sibling instead of alone - their parents moved to ND after their deaths and are buried in Dickinson.
Thank you more than I can say!!! I'll let my grandmother know where they're buried. If I can do anything here for you in central or eastern SD, please let me know!
All the best,
