I have been researching my family for several years now and I am in the process of finding the ones who have passed away. The surnames I am interested in are: Gahimer, Boyer, Rader, Schneider, Myers (Meyer), Gegenheimer, Redelman, Fry (Fye), Young, Feldman and Schwind.|
I have walked the local graveyards in search of my own family members. While I was there, I not only took photos of my family's tombstones, but I tried to take pictures of all the tombstones. I then created memorials for all the pictures I took on the Find a Grave website. I have no problem transferring any memorial that is not a member of my family, as long as that person is a member of your family. I did this to help others connect with their loved ones who are far away and cannot visit their graves. Also I have found that the find a grave website is an excellent tool to not only honor our loved ones who have passed away, but it is a great tool for family genealogy research.
I would also ask that you not post pictures of obituaries on any of my memorials. Instead you type them up on the appropriate area through the edits tab and submit it that way. I would also ask that any updates, you request through the memorial itself. I will be happy to transfer any memorial I have that are not a family member of mine. Please go through the memorial to do this! Go to the Edits tab and then Suggest any other correction or addition!
Thank you, Julie

Now I know, you may have just recorded her and Joseph Gray but they are the ones I thought were
yours. He is from my family and from Joseph Gray and Mary Fairbanks. He was my cousin way back and if you don't mind, I would like to have him so I can put the history on his memorial. I appreciate the fact that you recorded them and I will send him back to you, I promise.

If I am mistaken, she is yours, died 1890 in Wayne Co., Indiana. I am not sure just what I found on your site that lead me to believe she was yours.

Julie, here is some of your line
Joseph J. Gray Jr.
Joseph J. Gray Sr. 1789 Maryland
m. Mary Fairbanks 1792 Maryland (Quaker)
Joseph J. Gray
James Fairbanks Sr. 1752 Talbot Co., Maryland
M. Elizabeth Troth
James Fairbanks 1710 Talbot Co., Maryland
m. Elizabeth Mary Neal 1710
John Fairbanks 1670 Talbot Co., Maryland
m.Mary Battson 1670
David Fairbanks 1650 England
David Fairbanks and Anne came over on one of the ships with William Penn. I do not know which MM he attended but the rest of them went to Third Haven Monthly Meeting and are buried in the Third Haven Burial Grounds, Eaton, Talbot Co., Maryland.
I have more if you want but knew you would like your line.

Yes, I know that. I just thought if you wanted to mentioned them then you could. I think I provided the actual memorial numbers in my message to you. But whatever you want to do is fine by me. Thanks anyway. John
I looked up my mother's gravestone not knowing if it would be on here...she died when I was 3 weeks old. I just wanted to thank you for posting it. I noticed you posted it on my birthday.

I have a quick question for you...I am working with a cousin of mine on his deceased wife's family tree. This gentleman is a cousin of hers. From his obituary and find a grave he has 6 children. I have found that he was married 4 times.
Wife 1: Carolyn Raisor was mother to Anita (deceased) and Theresa...wife 2: Ruth Ann Barlow is mother to John Jr...wife 3: Polly Wilson is mother to Angela, Brian and Helen...wife 4: Rosa Lynn Martin I do not believe had any children with him.
Who is the mother of his child, David?
Do you know the answer?

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for processing the edits I sent you for the Fairland Cemetery. You have done such a wonderful job transcribing out there!
I sent edits to another Find A Grave member who has also done some transcribing out there, as well. She states that she does not process edits. Wow!
So, on that note,I just wanted to take a moment and thank you. I appreciate it.

|johm wells||Charles W. Wells' Father and Mother|
Hi Julia My name is John Wells and Charles Wells is my Great Grand Father. His father was James Wells From Bourbon County and Winchester Kentucky. His mother's name was Elizabeth Webster Wells and her father was Peter Webster. I believe that all of them were born in Kentucky at least according to what censuses I found. At this point I have run into the brick wall. As far as John Haston Wells I made the same mistake and even went to Illinois were a lot of his family is buried in the Wells cemetery. If you wold like any information on John Haston Wells is concerned I have a lot of information which I will be happy to share. Happy hunting and if I can be of any help please let me know email@example.com or call me at 317-691-8133. John

Thanks for letting me know about the graduation. I just copied the news article. I have changed it to 1979.
|INDIANATURTLE||Sterling & Thomas Green|
Julie, would you for me to transfer Sterling & Thomas? Also, I believe #129065118 is Sarah Catherine (Rader) Green. I'm not using Ancestry right now, but there is a 1936 death certificate which will confirm yes/no.
