Hello all. I live in |
Greenwood, Sebastian, Ark...
I am more than happy to help out
someone by taking pics of their
ancesters headstones... I have been
doing genealogy for about 30 years.
Unable to go everywhere and take pics,
I appreciate this site where others are
willing to help...I usually try to
put flowers on all graves, weather
related or not.... Our flowers may
be the only flowers a person has
received... It's sad, but true...
I KNOW that I make mistakes, so please
let me know when you find them and I
will make corrections...And I also know
that some of my pics aren't good, and I
go out to re-do them... But I go ahead and
post what I have so families will know there
is a stone....
There are some who are not giving me the chance
to re-take and are posting pics over mine.
Please, Please, give me chance to correct
I take my own photos, and I do NOT copy someone else's....
My main families are: Harris, Morris, Hambleton's,
and Milliner's, and who knows from there..
Thank you all for all the "fun" work...

|Linda Cashen Gaunt||Duty/Milliner Family|
Nice info, but there is a problem. Samuel Lemuel Duty is not married to Matilda Elizabeth Boyt Duty (1826 - 1886) - this is his mother who m John R. Duty (died in McCracken Co., KY?)
Samuel Lemuel Duty m Matilda Evaline Colbert (Rush Ridge Cemetery, Mississippi Co., MO) and Josephine Smith (have no death info) and Mary Elizabeth Brockman also buried at Coplen (second husband, Krosecsko Cossie Tucker)

Would you please transfer Todd Oren Harbour to me to maintain? Todd is my son. Thanks
I am trying to research Roland Ormsby, who is buried at the Old Union Cemetery in Magazine. He was a WWII vet and a magician who put on shows for the troops in Italy during the war. I can't find an obituary or really anything about him beyond the war, except for the page you added on Find a Grave https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=ormsby&GSfn=roland&GSbyrel=all&GSdyrel=all&GSob=n&GRid=41412785&df=all&
I'm assuming it's the same Roland Ormsby since the birth year is the same and he has a WWII veteran's marker. If you happen to know anything more about him I would love to hear from you. I've tried the libraries for an obituary but so far nothing. I'm hoping he still has family in the area.
In your notes on Sam Morris, buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Jasper, MO, you mention info was taken from his death certificate. I found the death certificate image on MIssouri Digital Heritage , and it looks like the informant, his daughter, was Rosine Morris Bachrach or Bachrack. Her headstone says Backrack, but other death records for her spell it with an H. She and her husband, Robert, are also buried in Mt. Hope. Thanks for the photos.

|Ethel KinKade||Two FAG Memorial's for Bertha Ann (Snow) Moreton Samuels|
Hi - Peggy. I was just adding pictures to Bertha Ann - full name above(my great-aunt). I noticed that there are two memorials for her in F-A-G.
One Memorial # is your's: 75881464, added on Sept.2, 2011.
The 2nd memorial (actually first) was done by D. C. & it was made on May 18, 2011.
I might have gotten my numbers mixed up as to Memorial # & Member #. Sorry.
Hoping you can find both & see the two get combined under one Mem. #.
Thank you for all the work you do for Find A Grave.

|Keith McAllister||Retake Headstone Photos|
Peggy - Would you mind reshooting the photos for headstones for Pinkey Spencer (#34592090) and Isaac Spencer (#34591998). Suggest you frame the complete headstone in the photo and add another if you feel it would help read the stone. Thanks.
Could you please transfer #91533534 John Alton Pearson? He was my grandfather. I would really appreciate it :)
