Oscar Ward wasn't married to Charlie Clark Ward. Charlie was Oscar's father.

Could you tell what was written on the bottom of the headstone. Trying to determine if she is related to Joseph and Mary Davis buried in the same cemetery.

Hi Sandra, Can you go back any furthur than Samuel Louden Keene with your family. Approximately 1860 several of the Keene sons of Newton and Elizabeth (Dulin) Keene went to St Charles, MO from Loudoun County VA. Two of those Keene's stayed in MO. They were Thaddeus and Charles Keene. They were sons of Newton Keene and Elizabeth (Dulin) Keene. All of the children (13) were born in Loudoun County, VA. This might be how your Samuel's middle name came about even though it is spelled different. I have done extensive research on this family, even going to England. My instinct would be that your family would be from Charles Edwin Keene if they are related. Harvey is my great-grandfather and he was the 9th child in this family. If you would like more information you can contact me at my e-mail address: email@example.com. I know my Mom and Dad used to visit with some of Charles Keene's family when they visited my sister who lived in St Charles, MO. Where do you live? I am in Virginia where the Keene's came into America. It is a very interesting story. Karen
|Karen Kolosvary||Re: Harvey Lane Keene, Memorial # 8480745|
Hi Sandra, You have left flowers for this memorial and I see you are researching Keene's also. I don't know if are related to my Keene's or not. Harvey is my great-grandfather. Harvey's father was Newton Keene, He was not John Newton. John was his grand-father. Thank you for all you do for Find A Grave. Please let me know if you searching these Keene's. Thanks. Karen K
Sandra: Regarding Find A Grave Memorial# 11237972: This cannot be the child of Joseph and Anna Watkins. Joseph died in 1927, seven years before this child was born. Additionally, this cannot be the child of Anna. She would have been 62 years old at the time this child was born and past child bearing age.

Hi Sandra. I've got an edit in that needs processing at your leisure. Thanks in advance!
|Gloria Reck||Wm Bodien (Bodine) Keene b 1876|
Sandra: This Find A Grave entry cannot be right. If he was born 1876 he could not have a son Wallis Bodine Keene b 1875 ! I've been trying to sort out & fill out some of my Keene records.

No worries! If you ever need any Ontario assistance, I'm happy to help!!
|Christine Daniels||Hurren Family|
I have just come across your Hurren memorials.
I presume you created the cemetery into which they are placed. It was created as "Wilfrid (Hart) Cemetery, Brockville, Leeds & Grenville United Counties, Ontario, Canada".
Unfortunately, that is not the location of Hart Cemetery.
Hart Cemetery is located in Wilfrid, Ontario, which is located in Brock Township, in the former County of Ontario, now the Regional Municipality of Durham.
Here is a link for your reference:
I will also notify Find A Grave to ensure this is corrected.
