I appreciate you checking and adding the date. According to the census' he was born abt 1846 or 47. He was listed as 3 in 1850 and 14 in 1860. Could you give him an approx date in the bio section? He was one of the young ones. Thanks for your help.

Many of these headstones are extremely hard to read due to age, striations in the marble and etchings in the white marble with no letter darkening. Click on the photos to enlarge a couple times and they are easy to read.

Thank you! I am happy to have them. John Haughn/Houghn, buried at Union, is my gr-gr-gr-grandfather.

I am a Haughn family historian. John and Peter, both buried at Union Cem were brothers, and sons of John and Mary Houghn of Shenandoah County of VA. Peter's father is #158961478 and his mother is #158961819.

Your welcome. Thank you for making Raven's life brighter by trying to be there for her.
I did find the Lot that Thomas is buried on but, there
was a tree that was cut down and shredded. I will need to wait for a clean up to see if there is a personal headstone. Thomas's daughter has a monument. Patty

Hey Brent! Long time no talk! Thought I'd check in with you since it has been a while. Was out at Green Lawn today. Some areas are getting pretty rough. I hope they get it fixed soon!
You did a great job picking up and fixing the headstones at Green Lawn Cemetery. It was an honor to meet you. If you talk with Dave I would like to know of a possible family connection. Moses and Riley Masters " Union Cemetery"
