Researching my family's history has made for quite an interesting journey over the past 35 years - and the work continues. My ancestors hail from England, Scotland, Ireland and Germany.|
Find A Grave has become such a rich resource for research. I greatly appreciate this site and all the many incredible volunteers who are so passionate about the work of cemetery archiving. I've entered burial information here for many family members, friends, neighbors, classmates, and loved ones. I now regularly add burial information from local sources and cemetery headstone photos.
Many thanks to Find A Grave contributor Clara McIver who has recently entrusted me with the management of so many of her local memorials.

Sure. My sources are the 1930 and 1940 U.S. Censuses, the SSDI, and the U.S. Social Security Applications and Claims Index. In the latter, it gives her parents' names, birth and death dates, birth place, SSN, and any other names she filed applications under. None of them are Woodside. In Jun 1943, her name is listed as Barbara May Ellis. In Mar 1948, her name is listed as Barabara Ellis Herbert. In Sep 1952, her name is listed as Barbara May Ewing. (Barbara Ewing is the name on her SSDI record.) I have not yet figured out who she married with the surname Herbert, but I have found nothing relating to a Woodside. I hope that helps.

I tried but when I do it removes the first photo which is the Hall side. The 3rd side is for John F Orcutt and his wife Elizabeth and son Elton.
This side is posted on the Orcutt memorials.
Sorry. . .

I don't know why it showed right side up on the FindAGrave app on my phone and upside down on the full site. I tried detaching, flipping and it never went in right side up. I just went a took another pix, voila!
