I started in Genealogy when my aunt brought me two boxes full of pictures from the 1880 through the 1950's, that my Grandmother had written names and dates on. That was 1980. Then with the advent of the computer, and the on line data bases, it became easier, or rather, faster.|
When the kids left home I became addicted.

Thanks for adding links!
|Ted Wheelock||Eliza (Robbins) Wheelock|
Perhaps you can help me... I see that you have specific dates for the birth and death of Eliza. Do you have a source that I have not found that ties these dates to this Eliza who married Adam Wheelock? Not to bias your answer or research, is this the Eliza Robbins who is the daughter of Edward Hutchinson Robbins.. I recently, read a book that said that Edward's daughter Eliza was unmarried.. I'm looking for stronger sources to determine her dates and lineage.. Can you help me? Thanks for the consideration..
|Lisa Voelker||Gaskill Cemetery|
My name is Lisa Voelker and I have Gaskill ancestors, specifically, Peter Gaskill, through the Aldrich branch of our family. The other interesting bit, my paternal grandparents lived on Gaskill Street in Woonsocket in the house once known as (or so I've been told) as the Gaskill house, later sold to the Gilbert's and then to Joseph Hoyle (my paternal grandmother's father).
I read the paragraph you wrote attached to the Gaskill Cemetery page on Find A Grave. I had a similar beginning to my genealogy research, hobby, aka addiction. If you're interested, I'll share the longer story. For now, I'm hopeful you'll be able to help with two items....
Do you know who oversees or owns the Gaskill Cemetery?
Do you know the history behind the naming of Gaskill Street? I understand David Gaskill owned and donated the land that the Blackstone Federated Church (I know it has a new name...just don't remember it) was built upon.
Thank you, so much, Helen. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
|Bill Scott||Eugene and Allie Wright|
Eugene and Allie Wright were my grandparents on my mother's side. I am attempting to do a Family Tree and know no other info beyond them. Thanks for posting this. Are you a relation or have any other information about them.

William Urquhart is my grandfather's brother. I have been looking for information on where he is buried for about 20 years. Thank you for posting this information and a photo of his grave. I will plan to visit his grave as soon as I can.
Again, thank you,
