Bio and Links
Bio Photo Find A Grave's primary purpose is a graves registration website, secondary purpose is a memorialization/remembrance site, tertiary purpose is a genealogical resource.

I will be happy to add info/links to any memorials. Thanks to all that have submitted info, docs, flowers or pics to the memorials to preserve our families. Thanks to everyone who has tried to find stones and found unmarked graves.

I firmly believe we are all God's children and are linked by this belief.

RE: Andrew Job.
Thank you; I will cite per your suggestion. I discovered that my grandmother Elizabeth McKay married Andrew, then, her brother Moses married Andrew and E's dttr Mary!! Oh, what a tangled web we weave!! That's almost like being your own grandma--LOL

Please erase my correction that appears on memorial.
Elizabeth 10558824 was not his mother:the siblings were not his.
I didn't mean to have the corrections posted on the memorial

William F Day family
Good evening from Saline Co, Missouri.

Thank you so much for your dedication genealogy and for posting the memorial for the William F Day tombstone in the Mansfield MO Cemetery. William is a great grandfather of my husband, we have never been to the cemetery.

If you are familiar with the Cemetery of the area, I hope you can help me with a mystery. My husband's grandmother, Margaret E Day Simmons, a daughter of William F Day, died in Dec 1946 in Tulsa, OK. That is where my husband and his father were raised, and the husband of Margaret was entombed.

When we found Margaret's death Certificate we discovered that her body was removed to Mansfield MO, for the funeral and burial. However after many contacts with funeral homes and cemeteries in Wright County, we can find no record or her burial. ( Her in laws, and the first wife of her husband were buried in Steele.)

I would certainly appreciate any assistance you could lend to finding her resting place.

Best regards,
Linda Simmons
