John Turner
There are several unmarked graves in the Emerson Cemetery. Always like a happy ending!

John Turner is buried in Emerson Cemetery. I found an obit and connected him to his parents. Memorial 183601297. I will check to see if there is a stone. And yes they are related to me

RE: Photo - Richard Budd
You know, I have no idea what M.J. means. But I double checked the location to be sure that was the right Richard Budd, and it is! So, it's a mystery what M.J. means. It looks like it was added later, too. There are a few other people named Budd in the same columbarium. None of them have the initials "M J" so perhaps it was a nickname. His middle name was Meyers, so maybe that's what the M represents. Anyway, I really don't know.

Thanks Bill. My suggestion always is to try to find a marker and if non is found to have the memorial maintainer post "no marker located" (or similar....that way people don't keep trying and trying when I am sure you did an excellent job. Did you, by chance, make note of the one listed in the cemetery?

You're welcome... I am sorry that there were no markers to photograph, but it is an exceptionally beautiful old part of the cemetery. It is also interesting to note that your ancestor is buried next to the 12th governor of the state of Iowa, Buren Sherman. Just a little bit of trivia! :)

These are my class mate parents and I just seen where he had a Maiden name, which most, to all men, never have a Maiden name--any way thanks again--keep smiling---Rich

RE: Ralph Scott
Thanks for adding the photo to Minnie's memorial. Bill, the photo is fine - you can read everything, and it's in focus. No worries!
Thanks again,
Gary
