I just read that the county officials have undertaken the task of excavating the grave in the middle of the road in johnson county namely nancy kerlin barnetts grave! They have also found bones of possibly 7 different people in the mound. Is there anyone who knows family decendants that can be informed of this? See the articlel at link: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2016/06/14/archaeologists-7-bodies-indianas-grave-middle-road/85876944/
With a burial being expected to be a final resting place, it is an outrage to read that somones grave has been disturbed!

I'm the youngest child of your cousin Judy Rayl. I wanted to thank you for all the time and effort it must have taken to put this together. When I stumbled across the site I was thrilled! Mom and I spent so much time looking at the photos, to which would give her a story to tell. We have a photo of Dot's wife if you would like to add it to the bio.
We loved our Grandpa so much I can't even express it! I know my siblings and I will go back to this site over and over again!
Thank you again!

|Lynn Burleson||Blue River Cemetery|
Hello! I noticed that there is a photo request for what appears to be the only interment at Blue River Cemetery in Johnson County. You created an entry for Lucy Townsend and I'd really like to know where that cemetery is so that I could claim the photo request. Do you recall the location? I'm not able to find any information online. Thanks for any info you can provide!
