Good Evening,

Thanks for posting this grave....wanted to let you know that the Flat Rock where he died is definitely Henderson County, NC. He was married to a descendant of Judge Mitchell King and he was one of the founders of Flat Rock and gave the land for Hendersonville which is the county seat for Henderson County, NC.

Thanks for making this correction.

RE: John Stoneking
I sent you copies of the pages that show death date and burial place thru your email. I also have a lead on David, just need to verify it.

RE: George Hensley
You are welcome :-) The cemetery may be called the Lawson/Hensley cemetery now. Which to me isn't right because the Hensley's were buried there first. George's wife Mary Jane Hoskins-Hensley was my husbands great aunt.

Duplicate photos
Think you accidentally created 3 duplicate photos only of the photo/message you left on the James King (Stoneking) memorial 79721093. Could you delete the extras? Thanks.

Hensley Family Cemetery
Bev - Thank you so much for posting so many of the Hensley gravesites. I am planning on visiting the various Hensley resting places. I am having trouble finding the location of the Hensley Family Cemetery in Spurlock. Do you know the best way to get there?

RE: Charles L. Baker

I'm afraid I can't be of any help. This was a memorial that was transferred to me by a friend when he gave up Find a grave and wanted the memorials to be taken care of by someone he trusted.

RE: Joseph Downing
All I know is that it was outside the city limits of plain City in Madison County, Ohio. Sorry I don't know more.
