Bio and Links
Bio Photo We believe our ancestors want to be found, as much as we want to find them.

We have photographs of all the headstones in The Abbey Cemetery, Loughrea, Co. Galway, Ireland, as well as, a complete copy of the "Register of Internments of The Abbey Cemetery", and are in the process of uploading them all. (July 2011)

We have photographs of all the headstones in the Hickman Cemetery and the Holland Cemetery, Lancster County, Nebraska. We also have been given permission to photograph the complete Internment Register for the Holland Cemetery, and will be uploading all of the above soon. (September 2011) Project completed January 2012.

All photos we posted are yours to have and share! We found many of our relatives on FAG, that we never would have found on other sites, so we want to 'give back' by volunteeing our photos. We hope you find your 'grandpa', too. FAG is an excellent way for people to help people find their relatives.

April 14, 2012: The message from Jeanine will be left up. I have a rather lengthy reply, but invite others to view the 2 memorials in question and comment at will: Herbert Fehr #83536480 and Ferdinand Fehr #83536479. In a nut-shell, the boys died 129 years ago, as infants, and there ARE no biographies loaded.

nothing else shows up; "baby" was pretty much the clue; unless there is an obit somewhere, and knowing parents names to link would be great too; can't find any connections.

RE: Florence (Keller) Noone #92194811
Hello Alan and Mary,

I've been working on the last name of Noone in Ireland for an "odd, side" project for someone. This person is adopted but found his mother's maiden/last name on his birth certificate. John Joseph (Joseph) Noone and Florrie Keller are his birth mother's parents. I've tried to create a tree for him on wikitree (John Joseph Noone is here https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Noone-133 and you can click on Florrie's profile from there, and follow her tree.) I've added as many sources as I could find. I have her birth record and marriage record, and I follow the clues/records from there. Please let me know if there's anything I've missed. Ahh, now that I look at it, I don't have sources naming her parents *except* that I was told by this adopted man who her parents were. So, I'm just wondering, this adopted man is trying to find family via DNA... so perhaps you know of any family who has tested their at-DNA is on gedmatch, perhaps? Anyway, thank you for contacting me, and please get back in touch. My email address is spmcc at shaw dot ca.

Thanks so much,
Sheila

If you call Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum at 773-625-7800 and:
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request if you then add the headstone location information to your photo request page.
Good Luck.

Dear Mary,

It would be my pleasure. And I would be very interested to watch your YouTube videos when and if you are willing. I myself am very interested in a more academic approach to genealogy.

Most sincerely,
Maurice

Mulder family photo
You placed a photo of the Mulder family on Jacob Mulder's memorial, #89715467. Would you kindly place the same photo on the memorial of his daughter Jennie Mulder Hofaker, #101483503? Thank you!!!
