RE: Anna Belle McNemar Cunningham Forinash Lowther
Thank you. I have a Berry friend who married a McNemar who are buried in the Georgetown Cemetery in Skin Creek, Lewis County, WV. My first generation Hardman is buried their. One McNemar is Philip. Do you do WikiTree.com? I have Berrys, Hardmans, Lowthers, McWhorters---all paternal ancestors.

Anna Belle McNemar Cunningham Forinash Lowther
I met Deanna Cunningham Shamsher at the Green Hill Church Memorial Day gathering Sunday and she was interested in Jacob Forinash and connections to Hardmans and Lowthers, my ancestors. When I got home started trying to find info for any connection and found that Anna married Jacob Lee Forinash after Leonidas Cunningham died and they had little Leonidas, your grandfather. There is a Jake Lowther buried in unmarked grave beside Isaac, by chance, his father in Green Hill Cemetery. The confusion was a Jacob Forinash buried in Vandalia cemetery with an Annie Forinash, both died 1837. My great 2 grandmother was Malinda Forinash Hardman, wife of John G Hardman and daughter of Jacob and Katherine Crites. Malinda and John are buried in Green Hill Cemetery. Melville Lowther, Annie's last husband, is not in my direct line. Both my grandmother and great grandparents Lowther are buried at Green Hill Cemetery.

Deanna is on facebook and may have connection with you. She does work on the family.

Hi Larry, any chance you could go back to the stone and remove a bit of soil so the # of days is legible? Then we can calculate the death date--Do you suppose it should be May 1 ?
(Date of death on April 31 is not possible as April has only 30 days.)
Where did the dates come from?
thanks for your help.
