Bio

I retired from the Navy as Command Master Chief with 22 years of Service including 2 tours in-country Vietnam and 1 in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Most of my career after HA(L)-3 was in helicopter SAR (Search & Rescue).
My first duty station, I was attached to Helicopter Attack (Light) Squadron Three, HA(L)-3 Seawolves, in Binh Thuy, Vietnam 1970-1972, then NAS Whidbey Island SAR 1974-1977, NAS Agana Guam SAR 1977-1980, NAS Whidbey Island SAR 1980-1984, and HC-11 VERTREP/SAR 1984-1987, among other duty stations.

I have been trying to track down the rest of the guys who were in HA(L)-3 Vietnam. Unfortunately, I find way too many of them with this "Find A Grave" search feature. Same goes for SEAL Teams 1 & 2 who served in Vietnam.
To learn more about this unit, go to:

Any photos I take for Find A Grave, I do not claim as exclusive or copyrighted and anyone can copy and use the photos for whatever purpose you desire except to "Photoshop" in such a way as to slander or disrespect. Dan
