Bio Photo

Your tombstone stands among the rest,
neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out
on polished marble stone.
It reaches out to all who care;
it is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist;
you died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
in flesh, in blood and bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
one hundred years ago
spreads out among the ones you left
who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew,
that someday I would find this spot
and come to visit you.

RE: Re: William Singleton
I had another look and you are quite correct Minnie was not the mother of William Singleton.

From what I can work out she was the grandmother of William Singleton.

When Minnie Dixon married John Douglas Zuckero in June 17-18, 1949, she already had a daughter Wilda Raye Butler DOB 09-14-1936.

Wilda married Emmett Foye Singleton II on 03-18-1953

William's date of birth is the same as his date of death.

Memorial Transfer
If you're not related to a memorial you created would you be willing to transfer ?
Thanks in advance.

In receipt of the requested bio addition. Wouldn't you prefer a transfer to you, allowing you to handle as needed?

Yes mam, I placed some info regarding your photo request on the link that you can see. But basically a photo already exists from a person who created a duplicate memorial unfortunately. Just touching base.
