Jane Bennett
Hey cousin!
This is Jane Bennett, Carroll Peyton Watson's granddaughter. Found your geneology letter last week dated 1992 and wanted to get in touch. I have a great old photo of Nanny Webb when she was young and all of the Watson photos that Carroll & Grace had plus some notes Billie Jo (Mom) took. Contact me at janie@vail.net if you get this!

Family
First let me say, Thank you, for all your work, time, and effort, I thank you for it.
My great-grandmother was Angeline Washington Conley, on my mom's side of my family,
migrated from Va., to Miss.,
and then to La. I have researched my family
history for 30 plus years now, putting it all
together, trying to, some are close and some are
distant.

James Coy Haynes
I am sorry to be so long in replying. My computer was in the shop for a while and I got behind. I did find a birth record in Family Search for James Coy Haynes with the same birthdate. Also found a public member tree in Ancestry with birth and death dates and the names of his parents. He was born in Lawn, Taylor County, Texas & died in Arlington, Texas. His parents are buried in the Dewey Cemetery there. I found a picture of him in a group in high school. So, yes, he is definitely your cousin. I will update his memorial as soon as I look his parents up in Find A Grave.

RE: Mem # 29609803
My husband Clay Partridge's great grandmother Rebeca Jane Watson 1850 is your great grandfather James Wood Watson's sister. I transfered the memorial to you. If you find any new family information please let me know. I am still working on Benjamin Watson 1808 rumor that he is part Scot and part Cherokee Indian. I would like to be able to verify the Indian information.

Would you like to manage her memorial? Would be glad to switch for you. My husband is Ray's second cousin one time removed.

Cody Vernon
Vernon Family
Mr Watson,
My name is Cody Vernon and I found your name and e mail address on findagrave.com. I have also seen your public family tree (Watson - Chamberlin) on ancestry.com.
I was very interested how you came about so much information on the Vernon lineage starting with Persifor F Vernon 1780. I think he may be my 4 x Great Grandfather. I have records indicating Joel Vernon (1805-1867) is in fact my 3 x Great Grandfather, but have found nothing that supports Persifor as his father.
Any insight you may provide would be immensely appreciated. I am very new to researching my family line and was very excited when I came across your tree!
Your time and consideration is greatly appreciated.

RE: Carlock
No! I was not suggesting I needed PROOF to add the links, I was excited at the prospect that you had found something! That is all! Adarna is THE mystery to solve--but I trust your gut on the matter!

Carlock parents
Hi Charles-long time no visit! Before I process your links as requested for Adarna, have you information that Joseph and Margaret ARE her parents? I, like many other folks have searched so LONG to find them--have you found something?!
Regards!

Since I'm not the one who made the link, I can't remove it. I did link Ruby and Lige but I suggest you get in touch with the memorial manager for the incorrect link and see if they can remove it for you.
