|John Noble||RE: Snow Doane Family connections|
Thanks for your reply and details of your line. I do have Jonathan Doane Snow and James in my database but nothing after that since I descend and follow another line via Josiah's younger brother Edward. Both Edward and Josiah petitioned for land in Wakefield Parish Carleton County, N.B. less than two years after Capt. Jabez died in 1812. Jabez had split his estate among his four sons including 700 acres at Sissiboo (now Weymouth), N.S. I don't know why they moved. In addition to Capt. Jabez Snow being descended from Stephen Hopkins/Constance Hopkins, Capt. Jabez's mother Elizabeth Paine was descended from Pilgrim William Brewster (William Brewster>Patience Brewster>Mercy Prence>Bennett Freeman>Elizabeth Paine) and his wife Elizabeth Doane was descended from Mayflower passenger Thomas Rogers (Thomas Rogers>Joseph Rogers>Elizabeth Rogers>Elisha Higgins>Martha Higgins>Elizabeth Doane). I have certificates for all three of them. I have lots of info on Snow family that I can share with you. My grandmother Noble's (Sarah Snow) one brother, Edwin Roy was killed at the Battle of Passchendaele (Ypres) in Belgium on 11 November 1917. That ended that unbroken Snow line.

Noted you have message on gravesite for Capt. Jabez Snow IV saying he was you 4 x gr-grandfather. He was also mine via his son Edward who moved to Wakefield Parish, Carleton Co, N.B. in 1815. My grandmother Noble was a Snow from Woodstock, N.B. How are you related to Capt. Jabez?

The four stones from right to left, if I remember, are Mary, Fred, Fredrick, and Lewis. John and Ida have memorials up for this Cemetery, John's marker was photographed a while ago, and I added Ida's a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the photo of Hannah (Price) Strang's grave.
|Sally - Midcoast Maine||RE: Cemetery Photograph|
I can post the photo for you. Please send me the photo and the memorial ID.
|Jason Cerny||RE: Ida M. (Harriman) Price|
The marker to the left is of Margaret, their daughter-in-law, wife of their son Harry. Why Harry is buried in a different section is weird. They all have memorials on findagrave, and I put pictures on them, they just arn't all linked.

Glad to do it! I would have liked it to be a better picture, but didn't notice until we got home. If you would like a better picture I would not be offended if you requested again. Not sure when I will be able to get up that way again.

It was my pleasure to help you. I wish I would have had some water to wash the mud off of the markers.

You are very welcome.

I am sorry that the stone is difficult to read. I have tried taking the picture at different times of the day and this is the best one I got. Her name is listed below Rebecca Fullerton.
