*****Be advised that I am presently working full time and back in college with a goal of obtaining my Master's Degree in Native American Studies. So, I am a little busy and sometimes get behind in edit requests. I appreciate your patience.******|
I'm Becky and I'm a friend to all animals and most people. I'm an American, a Montanan, a horsewoman, a 911 Dispatcher, an EMT, a writer, a Republican, a pianist, an aspiring violinist, a frustrated Raiders fan, and a pretty good shot.
I have an affinity for lighthouses, firearms, airplanes and most shades of purple.
I believe in God the Eternal Father and in His son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.
I love my country and am PROUD to be an American. I support our military. I thank our veterans and those of our allies. We owe them so much. Thank you seems so small a gesture for those who have given so much so that we could be and stay free.
There are so many people that I have a deep respect for. My parents, Walter Maurice Warner and Mildred Elnora (Nash) Warner, and my sister, Brenda Lee Warner, are among them. I suppose my favorite person ever would be my Grandma, Mary Etta (Bradley) Nash.
My ancestry includes Mi'kmaq, French, Irish, British, Scottish, French Canadian, Acadian, and others we haven't confirmed yet.
My roots run deep in Michigan, Utah, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Nova Scotia and Quebec.
I do this because I believe that every person/being is important and deserves to be remembered. And, if just one person finds a long-lost relative or friend from my efforts, my time has been worth it.
One of my favorite TV shows as a child was The Waltons. In a guest appearance as Martha Corinne Walton, Beulah Bondi said it best, "Neglected graves are a shameful thing." I have seen some very neglected cemeteries. But, neglected veterans' graves upset me the most. I don't believe in "non-perpetual care." I want to make something clear. When I say that neglected graves are shameful, I am talking about physical neglect-- strewn with rubbish, overgrowth, gopher holes, etc. I do not in any way mean that a grave is neglected if loved ones are unable to visit it often. Why anyone would think that is beyond me, but I've gotten enough emails that I felt the need to explain that.
If a record I've added is of your loved one and you want it removed, let me know and I will gladly remove it. I am also happy to transfer ownership to relatives. Also, feel free to use any of the headstone photos I've added for non-commercial genealogical purposes.

Thank you so much for putting up my grandfather's photo of his headstone. My wife Anne has also posted it on find a grave. Would it be possible for you to remove your posting so that only Anne Sheridan's post will show? That way other Sheridan relatives can email her about possible matches.
|Miners Daugher||Robert Lee Moran errors|
I tried to leave a message but I guess I did something wrong. Someone has changed the information about my grandfather, Robert Lee Moran. I am the daughter of Clarence and Louise Moran. Linda Moran was my sister. Robert is linked to the wrong people. William A. Moran and Isabelle Bilderback were his parents like you first posted. It now says that John Moran and Anker Ann Fox are his parents and that his dad and uncles are his siblings How can I correct this error.

With as many memorials as you're managing you no doubt have hundreds of edits pending on them.
I have quite a few edits and bio info on the subject memorials. If you transfer them to me I will fill it all in and transfer them back to you.

|Allen-E||Jesse Kane Richards aka Mary Ann Koehne Find A Grave Memorial# 182365663|
I am looking for the grave of my great, great grandmother Jesse Richards who died between 1910 and 1920 in the area of Basin, Jefferson County, Montana. I was told that by Patricia Harrison Armstrong (#47020575) that you are the resident expert on Rainville Cemetery in Basin and may be able to help.
Her sons (Fred and Jim Richards) and husband (Stephen Richards) are buried in Butte but she died earlier, when they were living in Basin.
Her married name was Jesse Richards and, at the time she was living in Montana, she was giving her maiden name as Jesse Kane. However, she was born Mary Ann Koehne (pronounced Kane) in Wisconsin about 1867. After her marriage to Steve Richards in about 1896, she started listing her birth year at either 1870 or 1871.
She is believed to have died about 1916, per family lore, but I have no verification for that. We just know that she was alive and living with her second husband, Steve Richards and two sons in Basin in 1910. By 1920 her husband is living alone in Basin and widowed. I am attaching the 1910 and 1920 census for your reference.
I have created a memorial for her and placed her in Rainville Cemetery but with a note that this is a work in progress as I try to confirm her burial location.
Any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Why did you lie about her death completely on her obituary page? I am her nephew and I know she passed from an overdose of Morphine. If you were so close where were you at the funeral? Last I Checked you were only there for the viewing. At the actual funeral it was my family sitting up close, monica and lori sitting together with Monicas kids and a few other people. Who are you? I never met you I am sure nor appreciate you lying on ever obituary under the sun. I am Brian's son fyi.

|Pcamore||Albert Irvin Marks|
Hi A Marine Daughter,
Find A Grave Memorial# 51893226
I realize that the newspaper clipping states his name as Albert but his Headstone and Marriage Certificate and all other documents state his name as Alfred Irvin Marks not Albert.
I think the mistake must have been the newspapers by calling him Albert.
Born 26 Jan 1895
Would you consider changing his christian names to Alfred Irvin please ?
Also could you link him to his wife
