Bio and Links
Bio Photo Find A Grave's mission is 'graves registration'.

Please specify your relationship when requesting transfers. I am no longer transfering outside the Findagrave guidelines.

Due to the growing popularity of the website I have been getting multiple transfer requests for the same memorial from several different contributors. Trying to determine who should get the memorial is becoming difficult for me.

Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers

Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not want to make the transfer.

I am always happy to make corrections and add links when asked.

You have my express permission to copy my photos from Find A Grave and use them on other sites. Attribution is appreciated, but not necessary.

RE: Good Job
Thanks! Marguerite had an interesting trail to follow. From 1925-1955, she lived in, or was married in Wichita, Memphis, Iowa, Emporia, Arkansas, Washington, Oregon, and perhaps other places in between censuses. She was married three times before age 29, a Smith, a Jones, and then Nordquist. Glad the last husband's name was a little more unique, for tracking.

The genealogy trail was fun, the reporter seemed genuinely interested, and I'm glad the real story is the Bible is finding it's way home.

Thanks for all of the work you do here! (I am always a little surprised at how far out your circle of cemeteries reaches. A few weeks ago, I was looking at an ancestor's memorial in Oklahoma, and it was one of yours!)

Dear Judy, Thank you so much for taking the photo & posting it on Donna's Memorial Page, per my hopeful request! She was a close friend to me in school & I appreciate your contributions. You have contributed so very much.
Sincerely, Elizabeth

Thank you for the great picture of Loren's grave. Would you mind if we used it in our family tree in ancestry and our family web site with credit given to you? Thanks again we will pass the favor on.

Whoops! Sorry for the mistake. I copied the wrong number in the URL and just fixed my mistake: spouse should be Berniece (who is buried next to him), not some guy named Jack. Haha, thank you and thanks for being a part of FindAGRave!

Hi Thank you for the work you have put into findagrave. Would you mind possibly transfering her memorial to me? I have her husband Geroge William Belts memorial and are kin.

Research request
If it's possible and only when you have time Judy,
could you see if you can find a Charles W. Wilson
buried in Kansas? I have looked, but he may not have been listed in a cemetery. I think he may have lived or been around Coffeville, Kansas? He may have died around 1912? Possibly a story in the newspaper about him being involved in a Bank Holdup in Coffeville? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would appreciate it if you would transfer the following memorials to me. They are my great grandparents.
Cochran #15024613
Keith #60038380

Thank you for all your work.
