Hey thanks for stopping by. I discovered FindaGrave was the perfect site for organizing old headstone pictures I've taken of fallen family and freinds. Over time it evolved into a great hobby and now I make time to do photo fly-bys of any local cemetery in the vicinity of my adventures to contribute to FindaGraves' database. I found two of your photos (Find A Grave Memorial# 127445372 and # 127445373) of my ancestors. I hope it would be alright to copy them and add them too my family tree. Just wanted to thank you the work you do on your free time.

If I am doing a general search of possible family memebers and their gravesites, how is the best way to search.

Hello, I was so happy to see that my big sister Miranda was added to this site. She is missed everyday and I love that someone took the time to put her here. Thanks :)

Hello Skyhi, I want to thank you for all of the work that you have done. A lot of my family is in the William Cemetery, in Colusa County, Ca.
I visit this cemetery quite often, last time in October 2013 to bury my sister.
I was curious where you got the information for Frances Miller. She was my great grandmother. My dad, Gene Arthur Crampton, Sr. b. 1919 use to visit & stay with her in Lookout. He had left Modoc Co. for Dixon before the house fire on December 25, 1939.
His grandfather had died in September 1919, just a couple of weeks after his birth.
The information is different than what my dad had told me and other info shared by some of the other grandchildren of Frances.
I will appreciate any info that you can share and again "Thank You so much" for all that you do.

Your tribute to your friend was very moving. Thank you for the information and your heartfelt recollections.

Mr. Skyhi; Since I do not have a car and cannot drive anymore, you can get a hold of the Sutter County Historical Society at P.O. Box 104, Yuba City, Ca. 95993, phone # 530 - 741 - 7141. They are located at 1333 Butte House Road.

Thanks so much for taking the picture of John Bell's grave at Chico Cemetery! I really appreciate it! It looks like his grave is unmarked - was there anything to mark the grave? Thanks again!
|Finn Kin Gal||THANK YOU!|
For taking time out of your busy day to go to the Chico Cemetery and take photographs of the burial spots for Jesse Bates Mitchell, #99475548 and his wife, Ruby Ella Myers Mitchell, #99475781. Am I correctly assuming that, since the photos only show distant views of burial plots where pink and blue flowers have been placed, that neither Jesse or Ruby have markers on their graves? Thank you, again, for all you do to make it easier for many to find their kindred dead. Finn Kin Gal, #47065760

Thank you so much for filling my request for the
Riley photo. We had no idea where he was until
just last week.
We couldn't travel to California, so you just
made our day!
Many blessings for your work at Find A Grave.
