Request for Transfer
Hello Bill,

I am a descendant of Lewis Ludwig and Elizabeth Ellis Rinehart. I ask that you transfer Sarah Elizabeth Crum - 23192614 to me. We have a family history book of the descendants of Lewis and Elizabeth from which I can draw bio information from. For instance, Sarah was 17 months old when she moved to Oregon on the Rinehart Wagon Train.

Thank you,

James Marion Shoemaker
James Marion Shoemaker has two listings:

Hello, again, Bill

I just realized that I made a mistake in the listing #'s for james Marion Shoemaker that I sent you a few days ago.

James Marion Shoemaker has two duplicate listings, one of which is mine (#38046905) posted in 2009 and one in 2003 (7343505). You posted James' headstone photo to my 2009 listing. I would like to have the headstone photo moved to the 2003 listing (7343505).Once that is done, then I'll delete my 2009 listing 38046905 Thanks for your help on this and I'm sorry about the mistake in my earlier message to you. I'm 75 and getting a little confused now and then. Ann Koch

Can you please let me know when you've done the photo transfer, then I'll let the family member know that I've been helping with this issue.

James Marion Shoemaker
Hello, Bill,

I hope you can help me with this problem:

James Marion Shoemaker has two listings:

38046905 - posted in 2009 originally by the WSCA - now listed by me. On this listing you posted James'headstone

7343505 - posted earlier (2003) which does NOT include a headstone photo, but does include a newspaper clipping.

The 2009 duplicate listing needs to be deleted, so could you please add your copy of his headstone photo to the 38046905 listing, let me know it's done, then I'll delete the 38046905 listing. Whew!!! I hope this makes sense to you . . . it took me a while to figure out how to fix it (I'm 75 . . . sometimes my brain takes a little vacation!

Someone asked me to add his parents (which I did just a few minutes ago . . . hopefully to the correct listing. It doesn't show yet. Ann

RE: Delete Memorial?
I don't really know. Obviously someone in the family wanted to memorialize them. Perhaps just make a note that they are buried at IOOF in Lebanon.

son of Walter Seale # 45849940
Hello Bill;

OOPS I made a mistake!

I emailed you last night asking you to copy your picture from his parentís memorial # 45849940 to a new memorial I created for their son William Seale # 172315482 who died in WWII.

Today I found that he already has a memorial recorded in Honolulu in the WWII missing in action memorial.

Please disregard my request. Iím going to delete the memorial I created.

Thank you so much for all that you do for Find A Grave!!

Hi Bill,

I am writing in reference to Chrystal B. Seall @ #45850219. Yes, she married her 1st husband 'Victor', on 31 Dec 1918, ended in divorce sometime in 1924 -25.

Victor A. Mc Croskey, went on to marry my 1st Cousin(on my father's side)in 1925. I have not found any divorce documents as of yet, on Victor and Chrystal.

Thank you for your most valuable time....

RE: Sorry I don't Understand your instruction
When you open Find A Grave and you have to be a member signed in.....look on the left side of screen where at the top it says...Actions..... click at the bottom where your name appears next to ...Contributor on you name.

Error on my part in directions I sent, look look just below your name and find "Edit" tab. If it has a number on the is revealing how many edit are in you box that you can look at when you click the Edit tab. Then follow the instructions inside. You can accept them, reject them, or, do nothing and after the alot time [a few weeks] goes by they are automatically accepted by Find A Grave.

IMPORTANT: If you request a change on a memorial, not your own, you can fix an error you requested before it is excepted.... Go to the memorial where you wanted to make a change to your change and once again try to make the change.... an alert will pop up that you already made the request .... then you will see a tab to push .... push on it and search through all your current requests until you locate the very one you want to correct ..... click on the button to remove it ...... hit you back button several time and it will transport you back to the memorial where you started ..... then start to make a replacement change request... experiment with the Find A Grave process.... it works quite well.

Best wishes, Martin Burrell
