Update, December 2015: I've hung up the camera for a while, and probably won't be taking photos until spring at the earliest. From time to time, I may fulfill requests, but I won't be adding to this site as much as I used to. If you have any corrections or additions to the memorials I've created, please keep sending them through. Thank you. |
I'm currently looking to add names and photos to a few nearby cemeteries (Northwood, Chelten Hills, Ivy Hill, Holy Sepulchre, and Oakland, as well as a few others), and I generally won't add a record unless I have a photo to go with it. I tend to be somewhat random and haphazard when photographing - I may take a few photos in one area of a cemetery, and then move to a totally different section. I'll attempt to fulfill as many photo requests in my area as possible (but I DO need a location of a grave marker in order for me to do so, as some of these cemeteries are huge). The virtual cemetery that I set up is for individuals who I am related to, so if you have any connection to any of these names, please contact me! Thank you.

Hello, thank you for the memorial and photo for Delia! I've sent you an edit with parent names, exact location of the grave, and some other information. I believe she was the daughter of Patrick Canton and Annie Pendergrast. I am not directly related, so no transfer is needed. If you are related, I have more on the Canton family and would be happy to compare notes :)

Dear SRev1: Thank you very much for creating the Find A Grave Memorial for Clara Jones (Find A Grave #82875105) and adding her headstone photo! Clara was my 2nd cousin, and I am doing research for her granddaughter (who is 88 years old). I am wondering if you would be willing to transfer her memorial to me so that I can add information and link other family members to her? I tried using the edit tab, but I am having trouble with my browser and it stops working each time I try. Also, other memorials that you have created are related to me, and I am wondering if you would be willing to transfer those memorials as well. They are: Find A Grave #82875084, #82875069, #137184722, and #137184670. Finally, may I have your permission to use your gravestone photos for each of these individuals? I will most definitely give credit to you for the photos. My Find A Grave Member # is 47399872. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Hello. Joseph Hof is my great grandfather (his wife Mae is my step great grandmother). If it's not too much trouble, can you transfer this over to me?
Thank you for transferring the Wookey family to me to maintain.
This memorial is for James MB Wookey, Jr. His parents were my great aunt and uncle, he was my second cousin [I think I got hat right]. James Sr an wife Catharine are buried in this plot along with an infant son [1919-1919] Joseph. Mother and sin died as a result of the influenza epidemic and child birth.
I would appreciate your transferring these to me and thank you for the work you've done so far.
