I live in White Sulphur Springs, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, with my husband and 3 children. Family history/Genealogy is my passion!!. I do ask that you be patient with me. I photograph headstones and create memorials quickly, but I also do research to post as much information as I can find for each memorial. And that takes time. So if anyone has information to contribute or has a family member they want transferred please let me know. My and my husband's family line consists mainly of: Snow, Geddings, Worthington, Acord, Honaker, McLeod, Evans, Whitcomb, Cook, and Turner.|

I've submitted suggested edits days ago that are still pending. Could you please review them?

Thank you for accepting the edit to link John Henry Fink #150351352 to his parents.
I would be pleased if you would go to my Bio and visit my parents' memorials by clicking on their links.

Dennie was my 1st cousin 1x removed, I was wondering if I could use your photo of his gravesite on my ancestry tree? Thank you in advance.
|Pat Gardner||Parents of George W Shinnaberry #146748811|
George Shinnaberry was the son of John Abraham and his first wife, Delinda Emma Collins. I do not find a gravesite for her. There are three other siblings, but again cannot find gravesites for them. John and Della Collins were not married until 1895 or 1896 according to the 1900 census and the birth year of their oldest child.
Thank you for all you do in creating and correcting the memorials. I grew up in Marlinton, WV and have since married and moved to NM, but have great memories of WV.

Thank you so much for creating and maintaining Helen McClung Hanna's memorial!
Unfortunately, the parents that are listed are incorrect. They should be James Edward McClung (1874-1941) and Minnie Sylvia Harrison McClung (1876-1953). They were married 12 Nov 1902 in Ritchie County, WV. With so many in the WV McClung family, it's easy to mix them up! I am related through Minnie Harrison's family.
I have documentation that I would be happy to share with you if you need it to make the changes. I've also sent this correction to you through the website's Edit Process if that would be easier.
James Edward McClung #62382185
Minnie Sylvia Harrison McClung #62382256
Thank you so much for making these very important corrections and for devoting so much of your time to these wonderful memorials!

Hi! Thanks so much for doing this. I've just started getting into my family tree and I'm hooked! About Lucy Alderman, as far as I can tell, she was my great grandmother. I've found lots of info on her father, E.H. Alderman, but can't find anything much of anything on Mattie Entsminger. Could you tell me where you got your information on her parents? Thanks in advance!
|becca||re:. John Dorman (d. 1839 )#106353649|
Some time ago, you very generously transferred to me the memorial to my g3-gmother, Mary Jane "Polly" Dorman Butt.
I have been trying to determine accurately her parents' names, and have finally been able to verify that she was born in Ohio to John and Jane Dorman.
In your memorials, you have included one for a John Dorman, who is buried in the Old Stone Presbyterian Church cemetery in Lewisburg. The dates agree with the generations, and, as that is where my Grandmother Polly is buried, I wonder whether he is her father. Would you happen to have any more information on him?

Thank you so much for the headstone photos for my cousins, Abram and Peggy Bowen Bright. May I ask what you policy is regarding using the photos on my family blog (no ads, no money made from it, just for telling our story and finding cousins). You may email me with your answer, if you prefer dhcowgirl(at)mail2horse.com

Thank you for the photo of John Dawson grave. I know what research is like. I had a Great Uncle that peaked my interested in family history before I was a teen. I've had wonderful help in that a number of the older generation of my family members worked on our family history. Same with my husband family. I'm from the Dawson/Hocutt, and Fortune/Pearson family line. My husband is from the Even/Ebersviller and Smith McCauley families. With all the work that everyone has provided I'm still gathering documentation.
Happy hunting and have a blessed Holiday Season.

Thanks for letting me know I had a duplicate site for Mary Forbes. I deleted my site and relocated my grave photos to the original site. I also sent edits to the site owner to add the plot details that I had gathered.
