You are very welcome...those ranges are a sad place but I LOVE the challenge of finding those that don't have a marker. And those babies.....breaks my heart.

Minor Crayton Hodge
Spoke with my family today, Minor Crayton is not the "Uncle Minner" my dad was referring to, that was Joseph Hodge (his actual uncle). I would be interested in finding out if there are any connections with Minor Crayton though, since he is buried in Tranquility.

Thanks
That is me on Family Search, thanks for the added information. Almost all of my family is from southern Ohio, and I know that a lot are buried in Tranquility (perfect name), a lot are also buried at Roads Cemetery (a mile from where I grew up). Thanks again for all of the information on Garrett, it appears that his life isn't very well documented, but it's great to be able to fill in a few blanks at a time. I'll try to figure out where Minor Crayton fits in to my tree and I'll let you know what I unearth.

RE: Help in Ohio
Thank you so much for the help, I need to get my DNA tested to see where my branch of the Hodge tree comes from. I will do some investigating (talking to my grandmother and father) about Minor and where he fits (or if it's an entirely different Minor, or a nickname for someone else). It's frustrating getting stalled out at Garrett F Hodge, it appears he lived in a group home, when he died, I'm unsure of the situation that resulted in him and Margaret Tysor (Ticer/Tyser) not living together. Also, I wonder how common the interchange from Hodge/Hodges is? I've also seen Hodg for Garrett. Thanks again for the resources and if you need anything from Ohio let me know.

Help in Ohio
I am in need of help in Ohio, my great great grandfather is appearing to be a dead end. My dad's grandfather was Gilbert R Hodge (1874) and my dad talked about an "uncle Minor (pronounced it Minner)" that would be Minor Crayton Hodge (1883). But looking at everything on him, I can't find the relationship between Minor Crayton and Gilbert R. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it looks like our lines are intwined. Thanks!

RE: Hodges headstones, Josh Hall Cemetery
My pleasure; I'm only sorry it didn't work out. I included a broad shot of Joseph Hall's grave; it'll give you some idea what the place looks like.
