Thanks so much for posting the headstone picture to this Memorial. I always feel like a picture completes the Memorial so nicely. I appreciate your willingness to help others.
Have a wonderful weekend.

I lost your response to me, but I think you asked about the date of Marvin's new headstone. It was installed about a week ago, in early March.

Thanks for your concern.

My old friend, Marvin Olson, has a new headstone on his grave in the Rock Church's Saint Olaf Cemetery in Cranfills Gap. The next time you are out and about (close by), a picture of his new marker would be nice to add to his Find A Grave memorial.

Thanks,

Knobby

RE: Rudolph Eckert memorial #32114303
Both he and Louis immigrated in 1875 (or 1876, depending on the record), they're both in Bosque County, not quite neighbors though. Possibly brothers or cousins? Is Louis also one you're researching?

RE: Rudolph Eckert memorial #32114303
No problem, I've seen it a few times and made the same error myself when doing some edits with my Excel spreadsheets. Since he immigrated when he was in his 20's it's a good possibility his parents stayed behind. I don't find any record of who they were.

Thanks!

I regret hearing your page was taken down, but I totally understand. I really appreciate you taking the time to keep me informed on W.J.'s current memorial, and to this I added the most recent picture I have taken of the headstone. I also added the page's link to the parent section on my uncle Nick Osborne 's page #155140326. Thank you very much for the information.

Marry Carlton
If you will look at the tombstone for Marry you will see that it is spelled Marry. That was my reason for putting it as Marry and leaving it as Marry. I know it is an odd spelling.

John Amos Offutt
John's memorial has his birth year as 1894 and the first of three children born in 1903; this would put John at nine years old.
this doesn't seem to be correct.
