My name is Elizabeth and I live in northeastern Ohio. I work for a major hospital system and take care of my family. |
My husband and I both became interested in genealogy about 15 years ago. He and I both enjoy milling around in old cemeteries, which is how I got involved in Find A Grave and became a volunteer photographer. I enjoy entering information in Find A Grave and I hope that it helps someone in their research.
If you find that something I entered is incorrect, please let me know. Accuracy is SO important. Also, if I have entered a family member of yours and you would like me to transfer ownership of the entry to you, let me know. I have no problem relinquishing entries.

Hi, Was wondering if you know whether the list you have for the prison cemetery is all that are buried there? I found an article in the Grant County Press that places 2 men as being buried there from the prison in 1913. Diane Flanagan

I just discovered that we both have a memorial for Della Hawk Berry. You posted your memorial before I did, but your's is indexed as Hawk Berry, which I did not see. I will delete my memorial but is there a way to index her as just Berry so others can find her memorial?

I attempted to find Mike Cochran Cemetery last weekend and could not find. I probably passed it since it is overgrown. My wife's GG Grandfather is buried there. I read your posting where you have visited Mike Cochran Cemetery. I would be grateful if you would provide me with detailed directions or GPS Coord. so my wife and I can see where her GG Grandfather is buried. Thank You Kindly

I cannot tell you how exciting it was to gaze upon the tombstones of my 4th great-grandparents. Prior to seeing them here the ONLY info I had regarding them was from a 1929 letter saying the stones were well preserved in a Ravenna Portage cemetery. Can't thank you enough. Sherry ( Price) Balow.

I've noticed that there are multiple duplicates for this cemetery and your memorials were created first and contain the most detail. I don't know if you're interested in dealing with the other member's duplicates or not. Just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks, Cindy
