Bio and Links
Bio Photo Descendants from American Revolutionary War patriots, Western pioneers in covered wagons, French Huguenots, German winegrowers, Japanese revolutionaries, Northern Yankees and Southern Rebels, farmers, foundry workers, coal miners... your usual tired, weary, huddled masses, yearning to be free!

Genealogy for me is a voyage of self-discovery, to unlock family secrets and to connect with history. I'm astonished and impressed by how ancestors overcame hardships and setbacks, to persevere at their occupations and successfully raise families.

Plantation owners and slaves could never have envisioned their descendants collaborating online to research shared family histories... that's for sure!

RE: Solomon Senne
That would be fantastic. I recently started researching and any information would be appreciated. My email is A few months ago I had some VHS tapes converted to DVD and I had completely forgotten that in the 1980's my sister and I interviewed our great uncle Sherman Senne. He was such a nice man! It was interesting.

Solomon Senne
Last week, I was in St. James, Missouri and visited the site of my great grandfather, Solomon Senne. My grandmother's name is Selma Ann Senne. Do you have any information about the Senne's. I would appreciate any information you may have. Thanks so much. Tina Pittman

I just wanted to let you know that you missed one of his children: a daughter, Virginia Willmore Roberts, born 6/30/20, who had four children including myself.

Fike Cemetery
Seen you had taken some photo's there. Do you know if it 100% photographed of what headstones remained legible? There is an open request from 2012 and I didn't want to waste time if this place has been completely photographed.

Minna Bauer
John, I have access to the Interment database for St Trinity Cemetery. I find no record of a Minna Bauer. None of the interments from 1880 look like they could be her either. Perhaps you may have a little more information. Also we have a Louise Bucker/Buckner interred in the same lot as the Bauers and Louise Moore with the correct burial year. I will go by the cemetery later this week and investigate further. Wayne
