Bio Photo I have been interested in family history for over thirty years. My husband says that I have dragged him over every cemetery in the state. That's not true but he does go with me to alot of them. Cemeteries are very special places. I hate to see one that has been abandoned and neglected. One day we will be in one ourselves and I like to think that someone in future years would like to see my grave.

Walter Callahan
I added the memorial and headstone photo, but someone named Robert Thompson added the picture of Walter. Look under the picture and click on his name. You might want to contact him about family photos. I am not related. Hope you can discover more family history/photos. V

Hi Gail.......

Not exactly certain how you fit in the family. I spotted one name among those who responded to you that could be my aunt. I departed the state many, many years ago in pursuit of a career with benefits and job satisfaction. Achieved both, but lost contact with nearly all family, extended and otherwise. I likely have a pic of the aunt in question.

I'll let you know when I get back to it. Hopefully in September.

RE: Susan Edwards Gravestone
wait a sec... I added some Edwards (Webster and Damon) that same day in June, yet the Susan memorial was created in July. Did someone delete it and start over?

RE: Susan Edwards Gravestone
I have been so busy lately and out of town, but I managed to restore my Recycle Bin (which was deleted) and I found all of the Edwards except Susan.) Now I am dumbfounded... but next time I go to Laurel Hill I will head there first. In fact, I have to go to Thomasville to work in a few weeks and I will try to stop by there, since I know right where it is and it's close to the west entrance.

RE: Susan Edwards Gravestone
Gail, I'm out of town on business right now and all those pics are on my home laptop. I will check it out when I get home. I see I added some of the Edwards' block, such as Damon, but I don't know why Susan doesn't have a grave picture. I can't remember that far back :) Thanks for the reminder.
