Risdon Walston and Joshua Walston left Greenlee Scotland in the year 1676 coming to the United States, settleing in North Carolina. Captain Joshua Walston, Descendent of the emigrant by that name fought with General George Washington in the Revolution. Joshua and other members of the Walston family later moved to Troop County, Georgia, whence Henry Walston (who is buried in the old Pilgrim Cemetary near Elkhart, Texas) was born. He came to Anderson County in 1849.

Choctaw Indian
I have been researching but have not found still and I don't know if you would or not. My grandpa was Clifton Zee Walston Sr. and grandma Mozelle Walston. I remember stories about choctaw family member but have not found anything to back it up. If you can help I would appreciate it.
