I was born in Memphis, TN, raised in Jackson, MS, and moved to Dallas in 1967.|
My father was Jesse Thomas White.
My mother was Clara Vanderberg White .
You are invited to visit their memorials to see their ancestors.
I am addicted to FindaGrave and genealogy research in general. I have had the good fortune to connect with a number of cousins through this website.
Most of my research is tracing family members in Mississippi.... Panola, Quitman, Calhoun, Yalobusha and Hinds Counties.
My Family Names: White, Vanderberg, Vanderburg, Potts, Jenkins and Hupperich.
My wife's family: Pitt, Sapp, and Newcomer's, mostly from Oklahoma, and Baldridge from Tennessee.
"I have never met a cemetery I did not like", and
"I can not go to a cemetery and take just one picture".
I am also a volunteer photo taker at Grove Hill and Oakland Cemeteries in Dallas.
If I have added one of your family members or family friends, let me know and I will transfer them to you.
A number of the pictures added and memorials created in the Memphis and North Mississippi area have been contributed by my cousin, Becky Vanderburg Abbott.
Any photograph I have added to any memorial may be used by the general public, without credit to me.

Hi Tom: Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. The new headstone photos are really nice. You did a good job of cleaning the stone. I have added the photo to my Ancestry.com family tree. If this is not OK with you, let me know and I will remove it. Thanks for taking time to go back to the cemetery and cleaning the stone and taking new photos. Diane

|Diddy & Doodle||Thank you!|
Thank you for taking the time to completely uncover the marker and take a new picture. I tried but did not have a shovel - and over the years, that black dirt just washed over it completely. May the Seagraves rest in peace.
God Bless You for your work here in this Heavenly realm - I love Find A Grave.
