Just a doing a bit of cemetery walking around this great nation. My dad was Air Force & husband was Navy so we have seen most of these United States. We love to travel and vist with the grand kids.

It is not necessary to ask my permission to use any photos that I have added to the memorials for your family members. Please use the photos any way you'd like. I will be glad to take off any photos that I have added to your family memorials. Just hit me with a e mail

The families I am primarily researching are: Avery, Cokeley, Hood, Gurley, Randles.

RE: Poole
Thanks for your speedy reply.

I sure hope his headstone gets photographed by Findagrave, some day. There are SO many cemeteries in New Orleans!

If you have any advice on how to search for his grave, let me know. I have a copy of a newspaper article about his death... So close, yet so far.

William Laurens Poole Find A Grave Memorial# 161126768
Dear Bertha,

William Laurens Poole died in New Orleans, LA. Why do you have him listed as being buried in San Antonio? There is no supporting photo for a grave for him in the Mission Park Cemetery in San Antonio. In his will he asked o be buried with his wife and children. His wife also died in New Orleans. I cannot find either of their graves, so any sources you can give me for his burial place will be invaluable.

Thank you,
Liz Taylor

Vernon Martin Norrish
Vernon Martin Norrish was born in Graham County KS not Gove County Ks. I am not sure where the mistake is but maybe in the Social Security information. He was born in Pioneer Township.

Edna Chaney Hey Mem#183650393
While researching family for Edna Chaney Hey, I ran across her parents' memorial pages:
Bert Chaney and Eva Chaney and just had to send a message to tell you how great those pictures are of them. Edna is buried here in Cape Girardeau, Mo. and I am presently trying to help another volunteer take pictures of all graves out there. Whew it is quite an under taking but pictures like yours put a smile on my face. Thanks. Ruth Smith
