Can you tell me more about this family? I think they may be related to my GGG GF Addison H Day born 1850 in Ga probably in Wilkinson Co. These families have many details and names in common including two daughters in the same family both named Lucinda. I have John's father (Benson) and his father (Nathaniel) born 1775 in St Paul's Parrish, Ga. I can't find documentation prior to that but I'm told that his father was David Day.

I have finished photoing all of Bethel Cemetery. There are 810 graves with stones. I believe that I have got all of them. Added on quite a few that were not on, probably 350- 400. There are 10-15 that do not have readable markers. So just wanted to let you know that it is about as current as it will be. I have edited some of yours, and will be going back in it again, trying to tie all the kinfolks of mine together. Those are also all my folks over at the Williams Family Cemetery. Some of them spell their name as Stevens instead of Stephens. Jimmy Stephens 10/14/2016

Hope all is well. Any idea as to what unit our John from GA served with in the War Between the States?
Williams, John H., Pvt. Co. C, 5th La. Cav. Roll of Prisoners of War of divers companies and
regiments unattached C. S. A., Paroled Monroe, La., June 9, 1865. Res. Ouachita, La. The following are the John H. Williams' who served. Obviously John H. in Co. 'C' can be eliminated from my query. Thanks, kindly Mike.

Hello! John's death year should be 1950 and not 1958. It's just a typo on his memorial page. Thanks!
