I'm not sure this beta of having others transcribe is effective. There are so many duplicates, and people adding photos to memorials that already have good clear photos. Since I don't use it myself, I might suggest that you point this out in beta comments.

Someone is going to need to go through the whole cemetery page by page to remove the dupes. I'm sending them to you as I find them working on other things, but there are a lot I'm not seeing.

RE: Dupe of Theodosius Kondos
I hope I'm not being a pain in the rear, it's just this is my favorite cemetery and I try to keep the records right...there are lots of dupes appearing because of the transcription service. As for the ones with the translated names, I don't see that in the FAQ? Can you direct me to it? Thanks.

RE: Photo Request
How long did that take? If you find you have a Sophie Kessler or Goldsnider with any possible father's name I would love to see it. It's a matter of a 1st cousin 1x removed who was adopted either by her uncle or family friends when the mother died as she was the youngest. Her two sisters are in Rose HIll, Eva Josephson (have her photo and Bertha Kessler, who apparently has no stone.

Thank you for the photo. Do you know if there are burial records so we can find her death date?

RE: Emily Patterson Wilson
Leave it, just thought a death date possibly could be found. My mothers family many lived into their late 90's. Thank you for your service. I am also retired USAF back in 1985, E-7.

Mr. Wilson,

Would you please remove the marker photo that you uploaded from this site and the sites for Helen M. Hardy and Ronald H. Hardy?

The new marker for the family is for all three that are buried there now. The day your photo was taken the marker had just been laid and was very dirty. Since then we have cleaned it up and keep seasonal flowers in the vase.

Thank you for your kind contributions to these sites. We appreciate your help!

RE: Emily Patterson Wilson
Not sure! Sometimes when one member dies they put the spouses name on the stone and in this case she could still be in a nursing home or going strong at 90.
