I've had many corrections sent to me, I've updated memorials, and then someone else comes along and sends me different information for the same person. It is my goal to have accurate information on our ancestors so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your research first and send me as much info as possible to back up your correction. Sadly, I don't have time to do all the research any more and will have to ignore some requests. Sending me a request as a "visitor" to findagrave will get your email deleted. Sign in to your account please. |
In the past several years I started getting interested in my family history. I started searching for graves, and stumbled upon this website. I love this site and am very dedicated to documenting all graves that I come across. I try to enter all the correct information that I have on these graves. It is very important to me that I have correct information on all of our ancestors. Please let me know if any of the information I have needs corrected or if there is anything I can do to help you find your family history. Click here to view the graves I have entered
Click here to view my photos.
Please send me updates or corrections via the suggestion link on a memorial. If I have posted your family members, let me know and I will be more than happy to transfer them to you (within guidelines).
You MUST ask my permission to use any of my photos.
I have had problems with my yahoo account sending my findagrave mail to my spam folder. I have set up filters to fix it. If you have sent me a request and I didn't answer or fix the memorial, PLEASE let me know by sending the request again or leaving a message below. Thanks

I was wondering if all of Boyer Cemetery is listed. I'm looking for Eva Kuglar Brosi, John Brosis first wife and also George and Rosina Jung. I thought maybe there was some unmarked graves there that I could research. Thank you
|Maggie Daniel||Transfer Request: Florence Ella Rushton Johnson (#13728840)-Hadley Friends Cemetery|
I just wanted to thank you so very much for creating my great-mother's memorial page. Quite recently, I discovered Find A Grave by finding a letter a relative on my dad's side of the family sent to my parents in 2014. She sent them some artifacts about the Rushton family, which included information about my paternal grandparents' grave-sites (Forrest G. and Mary E. Johnson Yeager). Mary E. Johnson Yeager is the daughter of Joseph J. Johnson and Florence Ella Rushton Johnson. She was born in 1900 and, of course, Florence died in 1905. Joseph Johnson is buried with his second wife, Mary C. Lee Johnson.
When I looked at the site, I was then curious to see if I might find my mother's grave; her name is Frances Elizabeth "Betty" Hearn Yeager, and she passed away January 7, 2016. I was so pleased when I found her memorial page in West Ridge Cemetery. Additionally, I was fortunate to find a number of Papaw's side of the family (Yeager) in the Russellville Cemetery, including my great-grandparents, Albert and Grace. I just received the privilege of maintaining their memorials. I also discovered more of Mamaw's side of the family (Johnson) in the Danville South Cemetery and Rushton family members in various locations, including her mother Florence Ella.
A few days ago, I decided to sign up as a contributor, and I already connected with the relative who sent the communication to Mom and Dad; additionally, the contributor who created Mom's memorial already transferred Mom's page to me, and I have already added photos, Momís bio, and more details about her grave. Additionally, I already sent a request to the creator of my grandparentsí memorials as I have so much I want to add to their memorial pages. Also, I have created my bio and added floral memorials for a number of family members and friends. Feel free to take a look at my bio and the work I have done to honor my mother.
Additionally, I would like to add more information and photographs to my great-grandmother, Florence Ella Rushton Johnson's, memorial page that would capture the essence of her brief but significant life. I possess a number of artifacts that will allow me to add that essence to her memorial page.
I would also be honored to assume responsibility for Florence Ella Rushton Johnson's memorial page if you have no problem with me doing so. Again, thank you for creating such a beautiful memorial.

|Leah Huddleston||Sarah Jane Odell|
Are you related to her? I've been given a book of her writings that is precious. I can't find a connection to the Huddleston family from Cambridge City. Do you know of one? If there is no connection, I would be willing to give this book to family.

|Neil Funkhouser||Candace Funkhouser Owens|
Hi! I just made some additions (dates, marital and parental relationships) for the memorial for Candace Funkhouser Owens, who is my 2nd great aunt (the sister of my paternal great grandfather. I am using both family records and records found on ancestry.com (census, marriage records, social security, etc.) Many thanks.
|Madonna Wise||James F. Hatfield|
In regard to Dr. James F. Hatfield and his two wives and three children...they are all buried in the Rossville Cemetery in Rossville, Indiana. They are second cousins (actually Hafield through the Campbell lineage) and I was working on them and when I went to link Hatfield to his parents, I noticed you had a virtual link.

You are very welcome, Cami. She is my great grandmother. My mother told me stories about her from when Mother was a little girl. Sounded as if Rachel (known to us as Jinny) was a sweet,loving grandmother. May I ask whose linage you are a part of?
