I honor these ancestors with a small memorial.|
I will share any information you may be interested in having or add more that you want to add. You may use all photos and histories and information --
I'm grateful to the vast number of people who volunteer their time to get my pictures!! Thank you.
PLEASE note: I cannot "add" children or siblings. You have to make the "link" as a request on that persons memorial as an Edit -- and use the Find A Grave Memorial# when you make the request. If there is not an existing memorial for the sibling or child, you can create a new memorial and make the "links" yourself. It's not as simple as just typing in the name, it is actually linked to a memorial of the person and requires time, research and sourcing of where the person is buried.
PLEASE make ALL corrections, added history or additional information, links to parents or spouse, and transfer requests via the "edit tab" on the memorial.
I follow findagrave guidelines for transfer requests: Editing & Correcting Memorial Information: Click on: "How do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me?"

|HeadHunter||RE: Marie Cole Provo Burial|
You're welcome. I've had a great interest for years in the 4 known cemeteries that Provo has had. It's unfortunate that the only burial records they had previous to the current one, were those buried at Fort Field...the very first burials in 1849. There are 4 more burial grounds rumored, but their exact location, who is there or how many, isn't known.

Are you aware that your page https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=55831881&ref=acom is the same person as this page https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=72268567&ref=acom ?
|DSHT||RE: Clade Jundy|
Find A Grave contributor L Despain has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for Clade Jundy.
Link to memorial: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=70672764

Clade and Ada Jundy are both buried in Virginia Cemetery. You have them linked as spouses.
I believe that it's possible Clade's wife was not Ada, but is really "EVA Darr Jundy" as the marriage record states-- Eva. (I know Eva is buried in a different cemetery, but same county!) All the census records say spouses name is Eva too. Eva Jundy's memorial is: 102643611
You have all 3 of these memorials. Part of my reason for believing this is correct is that Eva's sister Thula Darr married Clade's brother Alonzo Woodford Jundy. I have sorted through a lot of records, but am not direct family .... just distant. Is there an obituary or other info that could validate? Thanks so much for all your help and memorials.

I received your email regarding the wife of Clade Jundy. Find A Grave Memorial# 70672764
His is the only record I own. I was unable to remove the name of his wife in the record. Sorry I couldn't help.

I hope you can fill me in...I was under the impression that Mildred, with whom he shares a headstone, was is spouse, however someone else asked me make the change to Lula (I have no idea who at this time. I will be glad to help in any way I can...was Joseph married to Mildred?
|JARROTT P. COX||Your message|
I don't believe Lula was married to Joseph Geer. The link on your site is incorrect. That Joseph has a different spouse on his headstone. Lula was married to a John R. Geer 1842–1936 ... it doesn't appear his memorial has been created.
I can not remove link because it was linked from another memorial. Thanks

I would love to have a clearer higher resolution picture of Thomas Stand Bult, please. I have a feeling that I will be writing often with this request. Are we related?

I so appreciate the photo of my G-Great Aunt Eliza Bult Hathaway that you added. She look very much like my Dad's sister. I would so appreciate if their was anyway you could send me another higher resolution photo? I print off my photos to help me and the ones from the computer end up look like wavy with lots of small patches to create an image. I can send you my email so that it would load quicker.
With Deepest Appreciation,

Thanks for your note. I'm sorry to say I don't have any additional information on Mary's husband, but please do contact the Fairmount office and they can look it up for you any information attached to Mary Green's burial. Sometimes they have spouses listed. I'd do it, except this cemetery is quite busy and the office is unable to help much with such details unless the request comes from a family member directly. This cemetery keeps Find A Grave volunteers quite busy!
I am related to ALL the DeSpains as the NC branch migrated to Green County, Kentucky. I've learned that many migrated from Greensburg, Hodgenville (LaRue County, KY) and Campbellsville (Taylor County, KY) to ILLINOIS, TEXAS, and then out west to ARIZONA, WYOMING & UTAH.
The Western DeSpains converted to the Mormon religion. My Green Cty, KY branch moved to southern Indiana (New Albany) and Louisville, KY.
I'm descended from the immigrant, Jean DeSpaigne that moved from France to England in the late 1500's.
