Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been doing Find-a-Grave for a while now and have decided to change my bio a bit.

Here are my thoughts on this stuff.

Relax..enjoy what you're doing otherwise you should stop before you get too far into it. No man is an island and this certainly can't be done alone. Rather than complain about someone's them with it...and STOP THE RUDENESS!

TRANSFERS: I will only transfer relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. RUDENESS WILL NOT GET THE MEMORIAL TO YOU ANY FASTER

PICTURES: If I've taken a picture or attached a document ... please help need to give me credit. I don't need to toot my horn or have it tooted. I've added them to the memorials for everyone to use. If you want to attach a picture to my memorials that are better than mine...please do so. I welcome them, but keep in mind I might use them in if they're in my family tree. MY ONLY REQUEST IS THAT MY PICTURES AREN'T LIFTED AND PLACED ONTO A DUPLICATE MEMORIAL OR MEMORIAL LISTED AS UNKNOWN....thanks again in advance.

EDITS: If there are errors in any of the memorials that I've entered please let me know. I'll be glad to correct them as well as make any changes necessary. PLEASE USE THE EDIT BUTTON.

FLOWERS: PLEASE PLEASE don't use the flower section as a place to add a bio for the memorial...that isn't where it belongs. If I happen to come across one on a memorial that I've created, I will ask you to remove it. I'll gladly add it to the bio...just send me an EDIT. If it isn't deleted in a timely amount of time I will ask to remove it.

DUPLICATES: Duplicates's impossible not to happen. We've all created duplicates. I will gladly delete mine IF IT WAS CREATED AFTER YOUR MEMORIAL. Please keep in mind that some duplicate memorials are actually cenotaphs.

It's hard for me to understand that these memorials belong to any one person....I believe they belong to "all" of us.

A sincere THANK YOU to all the Find a grave volunteers for all the hard work, help and dedication that you've given me.

RE: John Jordan
Thank you for your note. You are welcome...glad to be able to pass on the article. Didn't know it would be to his niece. :) Please let me know if you would like me to transfer the memorials of his family members to you.

RE: Memorial# 88654003
All taken care of :) I removed the info.

Unfortunately, I do not yet know where they are buried. I got the information from, but it doesn't give any further details about their burials.

If I find out, I will definitely let you know.
Thanks for updating the page.
Peace and thanks for all you do,

Hi Connie, this memorial is my dad... :) Thanks for taking care of it for me. If you have a moment, it would be nice to have his grave in my care.

I took the photos. The Cemetery is clearly marked Allenwood. I will double check when I get by there again.
Sincerely, Pat

Arthur was born 24 Mar 1894, J Mathilda was born 12 Feb 1897. Her birth record is under Josephine M McClure, daughter of Alphonse and Mathilda Labbe McClure. Suki

I found her birth certificate on line. She was born in 1897, same as Arthur. His second wife was 28 when he married her, he was 46. At least two of the kids were born to the 28 year old Lagasse woman. Let me know if you want more specifics. I have them on my tree. Suki

RE: Obituaries
Thanks for the feedback, Connie. There is so much confusion about rules because Find A Grave won't clearly state them, won't update rules as they change them, and won't enforce their rules except in extreme situations.

I always put my obits in the bio section, like 99% of the time, unless there is something really helpful or useful from a newspaper or something else like that.

Best Wishes,
